長年、毎回利用していますが、安定で安心。ロンドンの我が家です。
Pros:

劇場街に近くミュージカルが遅い時間に終わっても歩いて帰れます。近くの公園（ラッセルスクエア）も魅力的です。地下鉄1本でヒースロー空港に行くことができます。

Zentrales Hotel mit Garage, in heißen Sommern ohne Klima muss man wollen.
Pros:

Zentral gelegenes Hotel, leider halt auch laut (sehr viele Polizei-Einsatzfahrzeuge nutzen diese Strasse mit Sirenen...), die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage, war in diesem Sommer natürlich blöd... weil es in London sehr warm war... sollte man beachten. Frühstück okay, gut ist die Tiefgarage, gerade in London ein nicht zu unterschätzendes Kritierium... kostet Geld, aber das ist okay. Personal sehr nett, wir sind eine Nacht eher abgereist, es wurde uns das Geld dafür gutgeschrieben.

The hotel was great, the room despite being a single was very spacious.

Cons:

The noise was atrocious. I had the TV on full blast to hear it over the noise of whatever the mechanical system was going off outside/near the room. I read online that it usually goes off at 10.00 pm. It did go off at 10.30 pm which was fine for me. Although if I had to work/sleep with that noise, I would have been asking for a room change. That was with the windows and double glazing closed too.

Comfortable hotel a stone’s throw away from Russell Square and the British Museum.

Pros:

Great Location. The staff are very friendly and helpful, enjoyed talking to Siobhan on reception.
Comfy bed,slept well. Good breakfast.
Walked up to your sister hotel, the Tavistock and had
A delicious meal at Poppadom. I'm sure we'll stay with you again.

A very pleasant and comfortable stay in an excellent location.
Pros:

I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was spotless, and the hotel itself was very well maintained. Breakfast was plentiful, well organised and regularly replenished, with a good selection available throughout the service. The hotel is also very well located, close to two Underground stations and several bus routes. Many of London’s main attractions and other interesting areas are also within walking distance.

Cons:

It is honestly difficult to find anything negative to say about my stay. If I had to mention one small inconvenience, it would be the separate hot and cold water taps in the bathroom, which I found a little less practical than a mixer tap. However, this was a very minor issue and did not affect my overall experience.
