Cons:

Nu exista o procedura de colectare a prosoapelor folosite la piscina. Ar fi trebuit ca la sfarsitul zilei prosoapele folosite sa fie predate si inlocuite cu altele curate. Acestea sunt inlocuite doar la cerere, foarte greu. Astfel, am fost nevoiti sa folosim aceleasi prosoape si a doua zi. Acesta este minusul , in rest totul excelent.

Pros:

It was very clean and comfortable, the pool is great, the SPA is nice, the rooms are big.

Cons:

The food, the beach was a bit far on the stairs, from the hotel, it was difficult for us as we have a 1 year baby, otherwise its ok.

Serjurul a fost foarte plăcut : atmosferă frumoasă , amplasarea hotelului într-o zonă cu vegetație abundentă, peisagisti
Pros:

Ne-au plăcut mult aspectul grădinii interioare , exterioare, atmosfera generală din interiorul hotelului . De asemena, am apreciat facilitatea de acces zilnic la complexul termal AquaHouse.

Cons:

Sunt puține lucruri, care însă nu ar trebui să existe într-un hotel respectabil: apă din cabina de duș care se scurge pe toată podeaua din baie, recipiente goale de gel de duș/șampon în baie și reumplerea lor a doua zi la rugămintea noastră.

It was a great stay overall
Pros:

The lobby and entrance area are maintained very well! The location is perfect.

Cons:

The verheimlichen was not very modern. The door of our shower would not close fully.
