Pros:

The size of the apartment is good for London.

Cons:

The decor feels dated, the walls would benefit from a fresh coat of paint, and there was noticeable limescale in the showers. Some of the furniture is also showing its age.

The apartment did not feel as clean as expected, with some areas appearing to have been overlooked during cleaning. In addition, breakfast was not ready at the advertised opening time, which was disappointing.

A well located value for money hotel.
Pros:

The location was central to the sites that we were visiting at that time of our tour. Great value for money. Staff was very helpful. The rooms were a good size and were clean and neat with suitable well appointed facilities. Would use the hotel again.

Cons:

The early breakfast that was to be given to us as part of pre paid breakfast and could not be delivered in the usual breakfast time slot could not be accessed as the security personnel did not have the authority to give us the breakfast..

Overall, a fantastic stay — spotless, spacious, and made even better by the brilliant staff.
Pros:

Amazing accommodation — clean and the rooms are very spacious. The staff were brilliant, very helpful and always happy to go the extra mile. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend

Cons:

If I had to mention anything, it would just be minor — nothing that affected my stay. Overall I had a great time and would happily book again.

Good location, easy to get to

Cons:

The property wasn't clean when we first arrived, 3 dead flies in the fridge and a half eaten plate of food. Thankfully we told reception and were moved to a different room - however the fridge was still not clean and the room was very dark. Reception were somewhat apologetic but tried to blame it on the cleaners being very busy - a poor excuse.
Following this, when we went to shower, there was also no hot water on the first night which we were not informed about, and after a 24 flight travelling from Australia, this was very frustrating. We told reception about this the next morning and they explained there was no hot water in the hotel due to boiler issues - however no apology and to be honest we felt the girl serving us was actually quite rude. They didn't offer anything complementary to try to improve our stay, they seemed as if they didn't care. For the price of the hotel this is very expensive and I probably wouldn't stay again.

our worst hotel experience ever, shocking dishonesty
Cons:

the AC did not work. the room temperature was 28 degrees. impossible to sleep. they ultimately told us this could not be fixed nor did they have another room available. they told us (at 23.00) they would fully reimburse us if we left and went to another hotel. that’s what we did. the manager told us to email us, which would trigger reimbursement process. they never replied to our email and after several reminders they blocked our email. in the room there was a ventilator (of little use), so they knew they all along the AC was out of order.
