This was our second hotel in Budapest and the perfect choice for our final night in the city. Everything was excellent. The room was spacious and luxurious, the spa was perfect, and the restaurant was outstanding. The tomato soup was especially delicious. At checkout, they gave us a lovely and thoughtful gift—a beautiful book featuring some of the most stunning places in Budapest. It was a wonderful touch and made our stay even more memorable.
Super Hotel, sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal
The staff is the best asset they have. Almost every staff member we interacted with was friendly and courteous. We also like the location of the hotel. It was not in the heart of all the hustle and the bustle. Yet you are 10-15 min walk away from cafes, restaurants and attractions. The room is very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. In room dining/service is very good.
We did notice that the room was not as clean as we expected. However after it was bought to their knowledge they cleaned the room well. There was one incident that did make us questions the hotel staff. We stayed in one of the suites which comes with a private balcony with chairs and loungers. The balconies are separated by a line of bushes for privacy. One day when we hanging out there we noticed that a cleaning staff member who was on the other side of the bushes were peeking in to our side. This took us by surprise and also made us feel very uncomfortable. First I thought she was may be trying to tell us something so I said 'Hi' to her. Then she quickly disappeared. Dont know what she was staring at.

Das Personal war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.
Das Essen im Restaurant war ebenfalls hervorragend.
Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas größer sein. So vermisst man geräucherten Lachs oder einen Obstsalat.

De plus, le restaurant principal a été fermé pour un événement privé, sans nous en avertir (la réservation que nous avions pour le restaurant a été « recyclée » en une réservation au bistro) : le personnel de la réception s’entêtait à nous dire que nous avions réservé le bistro, alors que nous voulions le restaurant. Si vous souhaitez vraiment essayer le restaurant, validez que votre réservation ne tombe pas un soir d’événement.
