Good value for money as rooms and location worth the value.
Pros:

Generally good boutique hotel with close proximity to city center. Clean, big room with shower room and bath tub, good toiletries (body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were really good). Staff was polite and helpful in general.

Cons:

Although there is a spa/pool but it is charged separately.

Great location, excellent staff, and a very convenient underground parking garage.
Pros:

The staff were extremely professional and very customer-oriented. We absolutely loved the exceptionally large and comfortable bed. The toiletries were excellent as well. The room had a beautiful, minimalist interior, and we really appreciated the secure underground parking. The lobby and reception area were also spacious and beautifully designed.

Cons:

We stayed on one of the attic floors, and unfortunately, the soundproofing in the room was quite poor. The shower faucet was broken, and the hairdryer was not working either, although the staff replaced the hairdryer very quickly.

Ho soggiornato per sette notti, in due ospiti, quindi il giudizio è ponderato e basato su un’esperienza completa.
La colazione è stata l’aspetto più negativo: scelta estremamente limitata, adeguata solo a chi consuma abitualmente uova, affettati e pane.
Ogni mattina ho dovuto richiedere uno yogurt bianco o il miele, mai disponibili spontaneamente.
La frutta consisteva in un unico vassoio e una ciotola con piccole mele verdi e banane, nel mio caso non disponibili la domenica.
A primo impatto la struttura appare impeccabile, ma purtroppo la qualità reale non è adeguata agli standard di un hotel a cinque stelle. Qualche bowl con cereali secchi e mini pain au chocolat, ma nulla che rispecchi la varietà attesa in una struttura di questo livello.
Un plauso, invece, al personale di sala, sempre attento e disponibile.
In camera abbiamo riscontrato una scarsa attenzione all’ospite: è stato necessario richiedere più volte una pulizia migliore, la rimozione di piatti sporchi lasciati in stanza e prodotti essenziali per l’igiene o ricambi.
Dettagli che non dovrebbero mai verificarsi in un hotel che si propone come cinque stelle.
La posizione è comoda e ben collegata sia alla metro sia ai tram, anche se non particolarmente centrale per chi desidera muoversi solo a piedi. La struttura ha certamente grandi potenzialità, ma è ancora molto lontana dagli standard di un vero cinque stelle.
Da rivedere.

Hotel bello e confortevole. Assistenza clienti al TOP!
Pros:

Struttura molto bella e in buona posizione; il personale alla reception ed al ristorante è di ottimo livello adeguato alla categoria dell'hotel; buoni i piatti proposti; stanze confortevoli; sala da bagno con vasca e doccia grandi e molto belle; bella terrazza comune al piano.
AGGIORNAMENTO: dopo aver pubblicato la recensione, sono stato contattato via mail dal Front Office Manager Kristóf Sárközy il quale si è molto dispiaciuto per l'inconveniente (descritto sotto) ed ha elegantemente provveduto a porgere le scuse da parte sua e dell'hotel. Ho apprezzato molto la cura e la professionalità dimostrate, assolutamente in linea con un servizio a 5*.

Cons:

Ho trovato poco piacevole che le stanze non fossero disponibili al nostro arrivo (15:30), nonostante il check-in fosse previsto dalle 15:00 ed abbiamo ricevuto il messaggio della disponibilità alle 17:00 e considero una mancanza in un 5* il fatto che per le 2 ore di ritardo a stanza non abbiano provveduto ad un gesto di scuse (per il check-in anticipato chiedono € 50/camera) INCONVENIENTE BRILLANTEMENTE RIMEDIATO (vedi sopra "cosa ti è piaciuto"); le dimensioni delle stanze (bagno a parte) non generose, ma considerato il livello generale e il prezzo richiesto comunque adeguate; la mancanza del bidet (frequente al di fuori dell'Italia).
