Das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel. Alles gut BIS AUF ....

Cons:

... für diesen Preis könnte man erwarten, dass der Check-in während der Hauptanreisezeit am Hotelempfang gemacht werden kann. Die Reception ist jedoch nur bis 15.30 Uhr (!!!!) bedient. Wer später kommt, muss sehr umständlich alle Formalitäten via Internet machen, inkl einscannen der Pässe etc. Erst dann erhält man via Internet einen Zugangs-PIN für die Haustüre. Wer als Ausländer via booking.com gebucht hat und für sein Mobiltelefon keinen internationalen Roaming-Vertrag abgeschlossen hat, bleibt also vor der Türe des Hotels draussen stehen, denn es ist absolut niemand vor Ort, der einem helfen könnte.
