Bon emplacement personnel sympathique mais demande un rafraîchissement
Pros:

Le roof top avec la piscine à débordement, la vue imprenable et l’emplacement à 5 min à pieds du palais royal !

Cons:

Les chambres sont mal entretenues il faudrait songer à un rafraîchissement + climatiseur vétuste + mauvaises odeurs ds l’une des 2 chambres

Son emplacement très central et son roof top d’où on a une vue incroyable sur la ville.

Cons:

J’avais réservé une suite familiale et quand je suis arrivée on m’a dit qu’il y avait un problème pour m’attribuer la suite que j’avais réservée et payée. On me propose à la place une chambre familiale. Mise devant le fait accompli, j’ai dû accepter mais l’hôtel ne m’a fait aucune compensation financière ou autre faveur pour réparer le désagrément subi. Ce n’était pas très correct.

Goede locatie en geweldig zwembad
Pros:

Het zwembad en de locatie zijn super. Behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt is eenvoudig maar goed Cambodjaans ontbijt en vers aangevuld.

хороший чистый бассейн, хороший завтрак, есть с чего выбрать, мягкие удобные кровати

Cons:

отель так себе, он не стоит тех денег, на которые он претендует, немного подуставший, стены грязноватые, не мешало бы просто помыть их или обновить, если вы приезжаете на машине, то на весь отель всего три парковочных места, поэтому не факт, что оно будет свободно, в общем, за такие деньги можно найти отель и посвежее

Posizione ideale, vista mozzafiato. Ristorante non all’altezza
Pros:

La piscina con vista sul Royal Palace è impagabile. La posizione è perfetta per visustare Phnom Penh anche in poco tempo. Camere abbastanza grandi.

Cons:

Il ristorante ha prezzi spropositati vista la qualità del cibo. Va bene che si paga la vista sulla città (bellissima), ma il cibo era terribile. Anche la pulizia è da migliorare.
In generale ho trovato la camera un po costosa rispetto ad altri hotel e non all’altezza di un 4 stelle

Удобное расположение
Pros:

Преимуществом отеля является его расположение. Королевский дворец в 5 минутах ходьбы. С крыши отеля и балконов высоких этажей открывается замечательный вид на Пномпень. Номера просторные. В отеле чисто, персонал приветливый.

Cons:

Завтрак скудный, а кофе вообще не возможно пить. Номера требуют косметического ремонта. Шумоизоляция отвратительная. Слышен шум текущей воды в соседнем номере

Comfy bed in a dirty place
Pros:

The location and the views were amazing. The bed was comfy and the roll away bed was large enough for two children. The staff was lovely.

Cons:

The pool was extremely filthy!!! Our bodies and facies were covered with green algae after a swim.
We could hear everything between rooms and from the floor above. The rooms was very dusty, robes were dirty. There was nothing to wash the dishes with in our apartment. There was old crusty meat in one of the pots. The second bathroom was unusable as the seat was completely broken off and the washing machine blocked the toilet. And there were dirty splatters on all walls. The breakfast wasn’t great, except the eggs and noodles that are made fresh. Le Botum could be such a lovely little place with a few minor fixes.

l'emplacement, le rooftop, le restaurant très bon et le personnel très agréable et au petit soin

Cons:

peu d'equipement, 1 tout petit flacon de gel douche et un tout petit flacon de shampooing pas assez pour deux donc après une bonne journée découverte pas top...
bar et restaurant du rooftop fermé le midi...
