Cons:

Light bulb went out and they did not change it, stove did not work, no microwave for my food ask to warm up food and they did not have anything to warm it up for me at 1130 pm(non working stove in the room), washing machine leaked water in the bathroom, two bathrooms, one of the bathroom had a washing machine in it, only one was accessible. Cannot eat durian in the room(my fave fruit). Breakfast buffet but nothing good.

Très bel hôtel bien placé avec un personnel adorable
Pros:

Bel hôtel bien placé juste derrière le palais royal. Les suites familiales sont très grandes. Le personnel est adorable, très attentionné. Le pdj est juste correct mais bon vu le tarif... La piscine en Roof top a une vue incroyable. Les bar tenders sont très professionnels (cocktails préparés dans les règles de l'art) et adorables. On a bien profité des "happy hour" (1 cocktail ou 1 bière commandé = 1 gratuit). Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés.

Les chambres sont quand même petite quand on prends une chambre famille et l’isolation n’est pas très présente ont entend bien les chasses et douches des autres. Et la piscine est un peu petite et pas très accessible pour les enfants

Très bon emplacement. Très jolie piscine

Cons:

En revanche, nous avons été deçus par tout le reste : la salle de petit déjeuner minuscule. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas varié. Le coffre ne fonctionnait pas et l'excursion à 15 dollars par personne était une supercherie. 15 dollars pour être conduit sur le site de l'excursion uniquement ! Nous aurions pu prendre un uber....
