Real Italian experience, amazing balcony view!

Ήταν μια πραγματικά ιταλική εμπειρία. Η αισθητική του χώρου θύμιζε πολύ επαρχιακή Ιταλία. Τα κρεβάτια ήταν άνετα, όλα καθαρά και δροσερά. Η κυρία που μιλήσαμε ήταν πολύ ευγενική και γλυκιά μαζί μας. Η τοποθεσια πραγματικά κοντά σε όλα. Εάν έρχεστε με αμάξι υπάρχει ένα δωρεάν πάρκινγκ στα 10 λεπτά απόσταση με τα πόδια (χωρίς ιδιαίτερη ανηφόρα). Το μπαλκόνι ήταν 100/10 εμπειρία. Φάγαμε εκεί το πρωινό μας και ήταν σαν να παίζουμε σε ταινία. Εάν έρθω στην Σιένα ξανά, θα μείνω σιγουρα πάλι εκεί! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Το φως στους διαδρόμους άνοιγε αυτόματα και αυτό μερικές φορές αργούσε και ήταν σκοτεινό. Κατά τα άλλα όλα τελεια!

The location, facilities, and overall value for the price were very good.

There was just one major issue.

We stayed on a day when the temperature reached **38°C**, and unfortunately, our room did not have air conditioning. The only cooling available was a ceiling fan—not even a standing fan. Spending the night in those conditions was extremely difficult.

When we informed the staff, they responded quickly, even though it was late at night, and kindly told us that there was a small portable fan in the common area that we could use. We really appreciated their prompt response and willingness to help.

At the same time, I understand that this is a budget hotel, and it's reasonable that some rooms may not have air conditioning. However, trying to sleep in 38°C heat with only a ceiling fan was something I have never experienced before. I've stayed in many hotels over the years, but this was a night I will never forget.

The next morning, we left as early as possible—it honestly felt like we were escaping.

That said, the **location, price, and friendliness of the staff were all excellent**. If air conditioning is important to you, especially during the summer, I would strongly recommend confirming that your room has it before booking.

We had a wonderful stay! Eugenia was an exceptional host—very kind, welcoming, and attentive. She kindly allowed us to check in earlier since our room was already ready, which we greatly appreciated.

One of the highlights was spending time on the beautiful terrace, enjoying the stunning view of Siena. The accommodation was spotless, perfectly maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

Everything was perfect, and we would highly recommend staying here!

Ottimo per una visita di un paio di giorni a Siena, vista spettacolare!!
Pros:

La stanza era perfetta, vi sta fantastica su San Domenico e sul Duomo di Siena. Eugenia e la collega sono state molto gentili e ospitali.

Cons:

L’unica cosa purtroppo c’era un po di caldo vista l’assenza di condizionatori ma abbiamo fatto tranquillamente.

Utsikten från terrassen. Bra centralt boende. Fanns kylskåp och vattenkokare så vi fixade egen frukost och njöt av utsikten. Bricka med glas, tallrikar och bestick på rummet. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Enklare rum med fräscht badrum.
