Okay stay kind of vibes
Pros:

We always stay in this hotel last time 2 years back our stay was excellent. This time staff did not respond any phone call or calling at reception for help. Room AC had icing issue and one bed was completely wet

Cons:

Lower staff are very professional and helping from house keeping. Parking is always a pleasure around this hotel and very near to Masjid Nabawai

Uncomfortable bed bad customer service

I didnt like anything about that hotel first and last time staying there

Cons:

Our stay was unfortunately very disappointing.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and when we requested housekeeping, the staff only made the bed instead of properly cleaning the room.

The biggest issue, however, was the lack of support from the front desk. The family staying next to us was incredibly loud throughout our stay. Their children were constantly running through the hallways, pushing each other in wheelchairs, knocking on our door, and making excessive noise. After spending long hours at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi in worship, all we wanted was a peaceful place to rest, but that was impossible.

We reported the noise to the reception multiple times and even requested to be moved to another room. Our request was repeatedly denied, and nothing was done to resolve the situation. We eventually asked to check out early and receive a refund, but that request was also refused, leaving us with no choice but to stay despite the ongoing disturbance.

Overall, the poor customer service, lack of cleanliness, uncomfortable bed, and management's unwillingness to address our concerns made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend staying here unless the hotel significantly improves its customer service and guest care.

Rooms and curtains need some deep cleaning ,i saw some used towels hanging behind the door
Pros:

Working /cleaning staff was good and able to communicate
On Desk staff / manager level staff should know some english to communicate

Cons:

The breakfast hall is far from the hotel and needed to walk with 2 children and room was far when they needed diaper change
