The breakfast provided was of cheap quality and below average. Offering a better variety of good-quality bread, cereals, eggs and other products would greatly improve the experience and make it feel more value for money. The overall condition of the place was average. The room was not clean, the carpet had visible coloured stains, and the curtain had a large dark stain that was quite unpleasant to see. The thinness of the door meant it was not sound proof. Even light walking or talking in the corridor could be clearly and loudly heard inside the room, which made the noise extremely disturbing throughout the stay. There was no dedicated prayer space anywhere in the building for offering the five daily prayers. A small temporary Musalla for about four people was placed on the mezzanine floor, but it was difficult to focus due to the loud noise of repair work taking place nearby. I did not take photos, but I do have a couple of videos that can be submitted as evidence if required to support my complaint.

Zaha Al Madina es el mejor hotel de Madinah

Esta es la tercera vez que me alojo en Zaha al Madinah y, como siempre, me voy con ganas de vovler. Este es un hotel excelente, con un personal que te hará sentir como en casa. Limpieza, ubicación muy cercana al Masjid Nabawi, y un desayuno exquisito que harán de tu estancia en Madinah un tiempo inolvidable.
Quiero agradecer especialmente al personal de recepción del hotel, y al señor Mahmoud Al-Saidi, el gerente. Durante mi estancia, tuve problemas de salud, y me ayudaron muchísimo: llamaron a la ambulancia y a los servicios médicos hasta en dos ocasiones; el señor Mahmoud, facilitó a mis padres el desayuno incluso cuando no podían bajar al restaurante por mis problemas de salud. Gracias de corazón, sois los mejores gerentes del mejor hotel de Madinah!

السعر نوعا ما جيد، يوجد وفره في مواقف السيارات في الأرضية خلف الفندق او اما الفندق.
الطاقم السعودي في الاستقبال محترمين جدا ومتفاهمين جدا جدا

Cons:

منطقة الاستحمام ضيقه جدا جدا.
يجب أن تكون انابيب المياه الرئيسية للفندق معزوله حتى تكون المياه باردة أثناء الصيف.
الإفطار لا يكون في نفس الفندق في الفندق المجاور والخيارات كما ذكروا سابقا قليله جدا.
