Pros:

The staff were wonderful. Friendly and attentive to any request. They remember you name and ask you about your plans for the day as they serve breakfast.
The Wifi is adequate for most remote work or for streaming entertainment if you don't want to use built in apps on the smart TV in the room.

Cons:

The water pressure is anaemic. You stand in the shower and hope to get damp.
The breakfast while well cooked and served with a smile, is small. Two rashers of bacon, one sausage, one egg, a small cup of beans and couple of slices of toast is smaller than most restaurants serve as there "Small breakfast" option.
The location appears to be very convenient walking distance for the airport and the nearby international rail station but the location is not accessible by foot. You will be driving or taking ubers everywhere if you stay here.

I enjoyed my stay ,the owners were very helpful .would stay again
Pros:

I liked that it was convenient to the airport and NEC there was a bus but I got an uber and it was about £10

Cons:

The single bed was on a bit of a slope .

Pre summer holiday stay
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable would highly recommend staying here

Well located independent family owned hotel
Pros:

This is a family run Hotel offering multiple services accommodation food and bar
Plenty of parking within close proximity of the airport and the NEC easy access to public bus service within walking distance

The Manager was friendly offering advice and guidance on the best venues for eating out as well as offering a range of breakfast and evening meal options on the premises

Pros:

Nice friendly place to stay, it was ideal for us as it's only minutes from the NEC and we were going to BBC Gardeners World Live.
It's also well located for Birmingham Airport which is just behind the hotel, I can honestly say that although the airport had quite a few arrivals and departures whilst we were staying there was no problem with aircraft noise even sitting out in the garden having a drink.
