Did the job and would stay again for work
Pros:

Quite basic but comfy bed and good shower. Breakfast was cooked very well. Excellent hosts

Pros:

Nice friendly place to stay, it was ideal for us as it's only minutes from the NEC and we were going to BBC Gardeners World Live.
It's also well located for Birmingham Airport which is just behind the hotel, I can honestly say that although the airport had quite a few arrivals and departures whilst we were staying there was no problem with aircraft noise even sitting out in the garden having a drink.
