Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!
Pros:

Die Zimmer, ob nun DZ oder EZ sind alle individuell eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist ideal und obwohl so zentral, sind die Zimmer gut isoliert und es ist ruhig.

Cons:

Ich persönlich vermisse den Kühlschrank im Zimmer, aber die Geräusche sind dafür eben auch nicht da.

Pros:

Wenig; das Personal (zwei Personen erlebt) war wirklich freundlich aber auch nicht immer präsent. Ggf. passen die Maßstäbe nicht für ein Hotel, welches mit bestimmten Leistungen wirbt, dann aber ganz anders ist... Hätte man gebucht, wenn man es gewusst hätte ?? Gewiss nicht.
Immerhin hatte es einen Garagenstellplatz, etwas entfernt, aber wie beschrieben.

Cons:

Der (sichtbare) Zustand des Hauses ist sehr mäßig, im Zimmer funktionierte Vieles nicht (Kühlschrank warm, immerhin beleuchtet, Gardinenstange defekt, das Zimmer laienhaft "renoviert"). Das Bad war völlig inakzeptabel / Wasser am Waschbecken funktionierte praktisch nicht (tröpfelte), nur eine Minimalbeleuchtung. Im Bett (sauber) war die Matratze durchgelegen u.a.
Das Frühstück war eine "Nichtleistung" und keine drei Euro wert; altbackene Brötchen, kaum Angebot und minderwertigste Qualität ... kurz: wirklich das Schlechteste, was wir je erlebt haben. Restaurantpersonal (eine Frau) ja- höflich-bemüht, aber kein Wort in unserer Sprache. Schade, das Ganze spielt ...wo / in welchem Land ?

Für Kurztrips gut geeignet
Pros:

Der Rezeptionist war sehr freundlich, wir durften nach Absprache sogar 2 h früher einchecken. Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem und am Bad sieht man, dass es neu gestaltet wurde. Wir hatten ein Glück einen kleinen Ventilator im Zimmer.

Cons:

Es war sehr warm (40 grad tagsüber). Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, aber im Nachgang hätte ich mir gewünscht bei der Buchung auf eine Klimaanlage zu achten.
