Categories

Cleanliness
4
Multiple reviews mention cigarette smoke smell in rooms, corridors and elevator, reports of dirtiness (hair in bed), and low room hygiene; overall below average cleanliness.
Service
7
Mixed service: several guests praised helpful staff at times, but there are repeated reports of slow or absent reception (long wait to check in), non-working room phone and reception responsiveness issues.
Location
8.5
Consistently noted as a strong point: convenient for work and close to transport/airport, guests repeatedly cite good location and accessibility.
Room Quality
5.5
Rooms are uneven in quality: some guests reported large, clean rooms, but others reported noise, cigarette odors, missing amenities (kettle), bedding issues and occasional maintenance problems.
Amenities
5
Amenities are limited or inconsistent: presence of bar/club creates noise problems and makes hotel unsuitable for families, some facilities require extra fees, and parking is lacking.
Value for Money
8
Many guests explicitly called the hotel affordable and good value (e.g., low nightly price and 'value for money'), making this a clear positive.
Food and Beverage
6.5
On-site restaurant available and appreciated by some, but the bar/club is a source of disturbance and some guests note that bookings may not include access to all F&B facilities.
Overall Experience
5.9
Overall mixed to negative: several strong complaints leading to immediate check-outs and 'not recommended' comments, balanced by guests who found it clean, affordable, and with helpful staff.

Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

All night till 3:30 AM very very loud music. I couldn't sleep. Went to reception asking/complaining about loud music at very late. Receptionist saying there is a disco and this should be considered "normal"

Towels very dirty. Circles of dirt very visible on the towels.
