We had a great time in the Mumbles and the hotel was just the job for a visit.
Pros:

Great location and staff very friendly and easy to deal with.

Cons:

Pros:

Great location. The hotel is in easy walking distance to cafes and restaurants. We had a lovely comfortable room looking out towards the promenade. We had a great couple of days and would stay again.

Cons:

Just a suggestion.. it would be handy to have a couple of little shelves in the shower room.

Lovely relaxed stay. Everything within walking distance.
Pros:

Very helpful and accommodating people. We had a lovely much needed, relaxed weekend break. The room was lovely, spacious and clean. With the added view of the sea from our room. The hotel is well positioned to appreciate all that mumbles has to offer. We look forward to a return visit

Exactly as I needed for a short stay. Great location overlooking the promenade.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, friendly service. UHT milk for hot drinks instead of the awful dried sachets some places use. Great location overlooking the newly developed promenade. No food or bar on the premises, but surrounded with cafes and restaurants.

Cons:

Nothing I can think of, but a couple with lots of clothes might find it a little basic.

WE NEVER HAD THE OPTION FOR BREAKFAST EVEN THOUGH IT WAS IN ON OUR BOOKING?

Cons:

It was very old and outdated with very old wallpaper and furniture. We saw one member off staff when we checked in and then no-one the whole weekend. The bar was shut with no explanatoion why. No food or breakfast. This hotel was shocking and we should be getting some sort off refund. We should have been told this before we turned up and given a choice as to if we still wanted to stay. The room was stuck in time with the fake roof and wall paper. The worst bit was we stayed in a pub hotel so we could be surounded by a bit off energy and life, but never seen anyone. The floor boards creaked and it was a horrible experience, My partner could not sleep as she thought we were about to be abducted in this strange place.
