Stayed there many times
Pros:

Very clean hotel ,comfortable bed ,excellent a/c ,good location ,close to tree town ,all staff / cleaners very helpful , laundry service across the road does excellent job , has elevator

Pros:

Suzy was amazing! I will be staying there anytime I visit Pattaya. Beds are extremely comfortable, a/c amazing and room stays cool after you take your card out. Bathrooms modern and clean. Excellent location. Close restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Pros:

Staff were friendly , location and cleanliness were very good

Cons:

Very noisy on a couple of nights from the bars having parties on the same soi . I love the hotel so it wouldn't put me off but it was an issue on a couple of nights

Pros:

As usual, everything was perfect in Nalanta. Staff, hotel, rooms, bathrooms, cleaning and everything is at the top. The only improvement could be the internet connection speed, but it is the same for all other structures in Pattaya

Top gepflegtes, sauberes, günstiges Hotel mitten im Geschehen
Pros:

Top saubere Zimmer und gepflegte Anlage.
Sehr freundlicher Empfang, serviceorientierte Mitarbeiter.
Die Chefin kümmert sich persönlich um ihre Gäste 😃
Reichhaltiges Frühstücksangebot bis 16 Uhr! über Coupons gibt es im Copperspoon Restaurant im Erdgeschoss.
Hotel liegt mitten im Geschehen, 200m bis Treetown / Soi Buakhao, Nachtleben und entsprechend auch nicht leise.

Cons:

Balkontüre schließt nicht richtig, daher immer Straßengeräusche auch im 5. Stock.
