Идеальное расположение. Находится в старом городе. До серных бань и площади Свободы 8-10 минут неспешным шагом.
Прекрасные завтраки. По просьбе накрывали раньше в дни, когда были ранние экскурсии.

Pros:

Posizione ottima vicino ad Old Tbilisi, staff molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Camera sporca, mai rifatta in 3 notti, lenzuola vecchie e rovinate.
Cattivo odore dal bagno.
Non ha un vero parcheggio, ma lo staff si impegna a trovare un modo di parcheggiare anche di fronte l’ingresso.

Единственное, что может понравится это шикарное местоположение , в самом сердце старого города.

Cons:

Очень грязно. Номер без окон в информации это не указано. Дверь очень сложно закрыть.

Die Lage ist super

Cons:

Die Matratze sind extrem durchgelegen und deshalb unglaublich unbequem. Vor den Zimmern im Erdgeschoss wird konsequent vom Personal geraucht.

Очень плохой опыт, не рекомендую этот отель.
Cons:

Во время проживания неоднократно отключалось электричество (и ночью, и днём). Из-за этого не работало отопление и интернет, в номере было очень холодно.

Телевизоры и другие услуги также не работали или были неисправны.

Ситуация была настолько серьёзной, что нам пришлось вызвать полицию. Даже после вмешательства полиции отель отказался полностью компенсировать ущерб и вернул только часть денег.

Из-за холода мы и дети почувствовали себя плохо и заболели. Нам пришлось срочно переехать в другой отель, что привело к дополнительным расходам.

Сервис абсолютно не соответствует заявленному уровню.

Rewelacyjna miejscówka w sercu starówki, bardzo mili gospodarze. Pani, która robi śniadania - rewelacja, ciepłe omleciki, zioła, dżemy.
Jeśli nie potrzebujecie złotych klamek i puchowych dywanów a chcecie wygodne łóżko, miłą atmosferę - polecam!

“Absolutely unacceptable. The room was extremely dirty, full of hairs, and everything was rusted and filthy. The receptionist handled keys and money with unwashed hands after going to the bathroom. There was no water the night I stayed, so no shower. The smell from the toilet was unbearable. It’s a shame for Georgia to have hotels like this.”
