La persona addetta al check in mi ha informato che una delle due notti avrei dovuto soggiornare in un altro hotel accappando una scusa becera. Era una persona poco incline al lavoro e aveva la hall dell hotel in pessimo stato

Спасибо огромное за очень вкусные и сытные завтраки у Эллы. Вечерами было комфортно и атмосферно пить чай и ужинать на летней террасе. Удобное расположение отеля от всех достопримечательностей.

Номер був брудним. Постільна білизна була в ковтунцях і заціпках. Не вистачало меблів що б покласти невеликі особисті речі, ключі, окуляри… у кімнаті без вікна було за мало освітлення

Trato cercano y cordial de la familia propietaria. Destacar también la servicialidad y flexibilidad para lavar la ropa.

Pros:

Местоположение отеля супер. В отеле идут ремонтные работы и многие номера после ремонта, нам достался без нового ремонта с террасой на улицу, в целом очень остались довольны. Эла большая молодец очень старается угодить с завтраком и уборкой.
