The people were very helpful and we booked just before close and they accommodated us and upgraded us as well. Amazing location.
It was near tourists spots so it was very accessible. It was no near any noisy places. Was quite peaceful and it has an atm machine on their first floor beside reception. The receptionist are very kind and understanding. Hieu and Hung are very kind and helpful, very respectful as well. You can request for late check in if needed, they are easy to talk to.
Nothing. For a 3 star hotel they offer more than expected. But still manage your expectation.

Incredible value for money. They upgraded me as well free of charge. Clean comfortable zero issues. Kind personnel. Hieu personally helped me navigate around.

The staff were very friendly and wanted to help how they could
I was 15 minutes late to check in and while I was in the grab to the hotel told me that they had let the person who had been staying in my room the day before stay another night (in their defence they did say it was an elderly person who wasn’t able to travel that day). They didn’t have another room available, so they sent me to the sister location, Ami Homestay. They offered to pay for my grab there or to take the price of the grab off from the price of the homestay, which they also discounted the price of itself. The staff were very apologetic and wanted to help how they could, but the reason I chose this place was because I just needed a place to sleep for a few hours and it was close to my bus stop as I had an early bus to catch the next day. All of this being said Ami hotel looked nice, it’s in a good location and the staff are friendly, but the situation shouldn’t have happened in the first place, and I should have been notified sooner that this was going to be the case (I arrived at 10:15 pm). As for Ami homestay, I do not recommend. There was hair all over the bed, and there was no toilet paper in my room when I arrived.
