Didn't like the fact that after booking and paying we were told by hotel manager they were fully booked and had no rooms even though the vacancy sign was up. After pointing this out he turned it to no vacancies and conveniently found us a room but told us shower doors were broken and be careful not to flood his reception area!. Didn't like the hair ball on carpet. Stains on bedding. Stains in carpet. Ceiling hanging down. Slept fully clothed on top of bed.

Pros:

The location is just few mins from the beach.
It is a small hotel run by a Spanish family. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We checked in very late after 11pm and it was very smooth. The hotel is old but rooms are clean with the nice view to the beach.

Cons:

Was a little tricky to find the hotels parking, but after owners explanation we found it very easily.

Good if you are visiting Folkestone for the day.

It was clean and well presented.

The rooms could have had better facilities such as hairdryer, and a fridge for example.
