An incredibly cheap, great value hotel with outstanding staff and delicious food.
Pros:

Extremely kind, polite, and helpful staff. The food is delicious with an à la carte menu to choose from. Comfortable beds. Excellent value for money—you could say the room was very cheap.

Cons:

The bathroom amenities, however, for this price, it far exceeded what we are usually used to elsewhere.

L'emplacement, la bonne musique diffusée pendant le petit-déjeuner, le seul jeune homme du personnel avec lequel j'ai discuté parlait bien anglais et était très sympathique, la chambre était très jolie et très propre avec une fermeture de sécurité en plus de la serrure. Si je retourne un jour à Istanbul, je choisirai de nouveau cet hôtel sans hésiter et je ne comprends pas pourquoi certains avis sont si négatifs...

Cons:

Il manque un interrupteur près du lit pour éteindre au moment du coucher ce qui 'est quand même plus pratique. Le battant des toilettes ne tenait pas ouvert et ce n'était pas très commode. De plus, l'espace entre le lavabo et le WC est vraiment très exigu. Enfin, il manquait un support pour tenir la poire pendant la douche. Mais ce sont des détails faciles à améliorer...

Чисто, уютно. Лёгкий завтрак включен. Очень красивый вид с террасы на крыше.
В номере все есть, полотенца фен и даже одноразовые тапочки
На каждого вода, есть чай, кофе и чайник
Мы были в комнате в тремя кроватями рассчитанный на 4х человек. Места всем хватило)
Вид из окна был на другой дом затянутый плющем, но за счёт этого звуков улицы,кроме разве громкого смеха чаек, особо не было слышно.
Не смотря на то,что мы попали в праздничные дни было довольно спокойно

Ребята очень приветливые, прекрасно говорят по русски, заботливые и участливые.

За такую небольшую сумму это был лучший опыт
Если учесть что это Стамбул и один из популярнейших районов города. Ещё у них очень вкусно готовят. Цены на еду кусаются,но обойдя все в округе мы поняли что у них одни из низких цен на блюда. Плюс постояльцам делают скидку и угощают чаем)

Мы впервые были в Стамбуле, ничего не ожидали и попали наверное в лучшее из возможных мест
Безумно благодарны ребятам за гостеприимство 🤍🤍🤍

Pros:

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect — everything was nearby and very convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.

What truly made this place special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel at home from the very first moment.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. I would definitely stay here again!

Malý rodinný hotel, příjemná atmosféra.
Pros:

Ubytování na perfektním místě, vybaveni starší, ale vše funkční a čisté. Personál velmi přátelský a milý. Veškeré památky v docházkové vzdálenosti. Snídaně každý den stejná, ale pro start dostačující. Hotel malý, doporučuji 😊

Extremely bad service!
Pros:

The only good thing about this so-called hotel is its location! It is within walking distance from The Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia Church.

Cons:

I am very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel as the overall service did not meet basic expectations. Unfortunately, this experience was stressful rather than relaxing. For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, comfort, and professionalism.

Room: The 'standard room' we were given was cramped and uncomfortable. Not to mention the bathroom—it was torture to use. When we arrived, the sink was clogged and unusable. After we asked the staff to take action, they sent the cleaning lady. Nothing happened, and then we had to wait hours for the maintenance man to come and fix it.

Breakfast: A total disaster! The breakfast was extremely poor and definitely not enough for an adult. It was literally just 3 tiny slices of tomato and cucumber, a bit of cheese, a few olives, one box of jam and one box of butter, and an omelet that looked like it was made from half an egg... Honestly, it’s only enough food if you’re 4 or 5 years old.

Parking: Тhe information provided during a reservation via Booking does not match reality. The parking is not "on-site", not guaranteed and not owned by the hotel. Actually, they are listing a public street parking as "free private parking" to attract guests, which is misleading. In our case, the staff did not allow us to park in front of the hotel because there would be no place for outside restaurant customers to park...

I do not recommend Modena hotel and would not stay here again within my next visit to Istanbul!

Ήταν στο κέντρο με τα πιο σημαντικά αξιοθεατα που θέλαμε να επισκεφθούμε. Επίσης πολύ κοντά το τραμ για τις μετακινήσεις μας.

Cons:

Ήταν αρκετα στριμωχτα στο δωματιο με 1 μεγάλο κρεβάτι που έπιανε όλο το χώρο κ δεν μπορούσες να περπατήσεις άνετα.
