Einfache preiswerte Unterkunft
Pros:

Freundliches Personal

Cons:

Mit Rollstuhl schwierig weil schon am Eingang eine Stufe ist. Das Zimmer ist für Rollis sehr gut auch die Dusche. Man muss nur erst bis zum Zimmer kommen.
Im Bad riecht es sehr unangenehm.

На фотках всё выглядит совсем иначе. Звукоизоляции нет, утром все стукают дверьми и как слоны прыгают сверху. Пол грязный, спустя два похода от стола к кровати в белых носках они были черными и к ним прилипла грязь. Постельное белье грязное в какие-то пятнах. Подушки ужасно неудобные, от подушек только название осталось, наполнения в них нет почти что. Чтоб хоть как-то поспать пришлось слаживать подушку в 2-4 раза. Отель находится в не очень приятном районе. Много алкашей, бомжей и наркоманов. В каждом углу воняет.
От города впечатления невероятные, от отеля за такие деньги ужасные.

Hotel zur Arena in Reichweite
Pros:

Top Lage zur Lanxess (fussläufig zu erreichen) und den Arkaden Köln, Parking hinter dem Hotel (videoüberwacht und nachts abgeschlossen), angenehm grosse Zimmer, schnelles Wlan, nettes Personal, Preis/Leistung sehr gut

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet etwas spartanisch aber ok, nachts manchmal laut (ist halt Kalk)

The layout was modern and chic

Cons:

The place was very dusty, as if it wasn’t dusted for over a year. I got a bit sick from the dust after staying there.

I had to request a kettle as there were no kettles or anything in the actual room. Only a glass in the bathroom. The room had a weird smell. I didn’t like it at all.

Enttäuschend

Das Personal sowie die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant waren sehr nett und freundlich.

Cons:

Der Fernseher funktioniert nicht mit dem Internet.
Wir haben das mitgeteilt, und uns wurde gesagt, dass das Gerät diese Funktion nicht funktioniert.

Außerdem gibt es keinen Wasserkocher im Zimmer, sodass man kein Wasser für das Kind warm machen kann.

Zusätzlich mussten wir das Babybett extra bezahlen – das habe ich ehrlich gesagt noch nie in einem Hotel erlebt.

Für Kosten von 15 Euro pro Person hätte man insgesamt etwas mehr erwartet.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war daher eher enttäuschend.

Ich sollte meine Frau und meine Tochter dort nicht weiter übernachten lassen. Deshalb sind wir nach der ersten Nacht nach Hause gefahren, und ich bin alleine für die Fortbildung zurückgekommen.

Vielleicht ist das Hotel eher für Personen geeignet, die alleine reisen und keine Familie oder kleine Kinder dabeihaben.
