Die Nähe zur Lanxess Arena, denn dort musste ich zu einem Konzert hin.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit. Mein Badezimmer war nicht gereinigt worden. Auf der Toilette war ein Schuhabdruck und die Toilette war außerdem schmutzig. Ich habe darum gebeten, das Zimmer zu wechseln, aber sie wollten das nicht. Sie sagten, dass kein anderes Einzelzimmer verfügbar sei.

Völlig okay für ein paar Nächte. Aber nicht super hochwertig.
Pros:

Die Lage ist prima. Sehr zentral und die Stadtmitte innerhalb von 15-20 Gehminuten gut zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Es ist soweit alles sauber. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Parkmöglichkeit super.

Cons:

Die Fliesen im Bad sind zwar neuwertig, aber über die alten drüber gefliest. Die Armaturen sind extrem alt und abgenutzt. Die Duschkabine war sehr niedrig. Man muss dich sehr bücken, um dort hinein steigen zu können.

Personnel agréable

Cons:

Salle de bain très petite, problème d' agencement. Impossible d'ouvrir la porte de la SDB en grand. Une table de chevet dont le tiroir était inutilisable. Pas de clim, beaucoup trop chaud dans la chambre.

Das Personal beim Check in war freundlich

Cons:

Das Zimmer leider unsauber- Dreck in der Dusche, das Glas zum Zähne putzen stand noch Wasser drin, Ecken und Heizkörper verstaubt, Gardinenaufhängung kaputt, Schimmel an der Decke
Beim Frühstück war zumindest der Kaffee gut, das Brötchen fraglich wie alt es war da man es kaum mit dem Messer aufschneiden konnte und es sehr weich war. Die verpackte Himbeermarmelade hatte die Farbe Braun.
Leider vom Preis viel zu teuer (Frühstück 15 Euro, Zimmer für eine Nacht 115)
Bei der Abreise keine Möglichkeit Beschwerde einzulegen da kein Personal an der Rezeption war

Pros:

L’emplacement est bien, c’est d’ailleurs la seule chose qu’il y a de bien dans cet établissement.

Cons:

Les équipements notifiés dans la réservation ne sont pas conformes à la chambre, les photos des chambres ne sont pas non plus conformes. Nous avons essayé de discuter avec le gérant, qui ne voulait rien savoir.. Il a était très impoli et pas du tout professionnel, nous l’avons même eu au téléphone par la suite et nous à raccroché au nez. Aucune proposition d’arrangement ou de réduction de tarif.
J’ai dû finalement faire appel à Booking qui ont toute suite réagi, et nous avons été remboursé de 2 nuits sur 4 car nous avions déjà passé 2 nuits dans l’hôtel. A fuir évidemment !
