Relaxing Enjoyable Stay
Pros:

The staff was very professional, helpful and nice. They were catering to every one of our requests. The room was spotless and the views were awesome

Pros:

All of the staff were very friendly. Some staff speak English. There are a free shuttle to Atami station. You need to make a reservation.

Pros:

とても落ち着いた雰囲気のホテルで、お部屋もゆったりとしていて豊かな時間を過ごせました。
山の斜面に建てられた落ち着いた施設である反面、周辺での買い物や飲食は難しく、駅周辺で買ってくる必要があります。
ただホテル内でコーヒーの無料提供があり、部屋中の冷蔵庫には提供品としてビール、お茶、サイダーとジュースがありました。

部屋からの景色も素敵でしたが、屋上テラスやタタミラウンジ、ライブラリーラウンジなどがあり、場所を変えながら気分を変えて過ごすことができます。

総じてとても満足のいく滞在となりました。

I chose Ishinoya based on the pictures. It looked contemporary modern, new and clean.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Dinner was fantastic. The room view, the rooftop view, were spectacular. Everything looked new and clean.

Relaxing stay
Pros:

We got the Mon Suite. The room was huge for the 3 of us! It was clean and very spacious, it has everything we need and more. I like that it is children friendly. We love the private bath, dinner, and the staff. The views isn't too bad either!

Cons:

Location is far from tourist attractions. However, we planned to stay on the hotel and relax, so location wasn't a factor for us. Also, no store on site or around the area so do get your snacks and drinks before arriving.

Pros:

We loved the location, situated up in the mountains. Fantastic view and wonderful dinner.
Excellent service from staff. Felt very pampered.

Cons:

Breakfast was Japanese abd there was no choice. Could have been better with some fruits.

食事付きプランを予約しないとホテル内で食事できません
Pros:

チェックインの際「素泊まりプラン」なので食事はできませんと言われました。朝食さえもです。予約時にはそんなこと書いてありませんでしたし、施設紹介にはレストランがある旨記載がありました。
ホテルは山の中にあるので食事の度にタクシーで熱海市内まで出ていくなんて無理だし、食事は出せませんの一点張りなので、仕方なくチェックアウトして他のホテルに泊まりました。
宿泊費が無駄になりました。
