感覺員工對於房間控管很有問題，讓南部家人北上入住，卻發生根本還沒退房，卻有房務跑來說辦理退房要打掃，更誇張的是隔壁房間的卻重複給了房卡給旅客，親人親眼目睹！
早餐吃到壞掉的麵包，這很難相信是一晚要六千多的飯店
