Categories

Cleanliness
8.6
Generally reported as very clean and modern (clean rooms, well-maintained pool), but occasional lapses mentioned (missed cup replacements, not emptying ashtrays, some rooms with smoke odor).
Service
9.4
Consistently praised: friendly, professional and helpful staff; examples include attentive restaurant personnel and security assisting with practical issues.
Location
8.7
Nice, quiet location with good views and proximity to surroundings, but approach roads are narrow/rough and parking access is limited.
Room Quality
8.4
Rooms are spacious, comfortable and offer good views for many guests; several reports of attic/mansard rooms with only skylights (dark, no balcony) and one comment about an awkward toilet placement.
Amenities
9.4
Pool and restaurant highly appreciated (clean, great views, monitored parking), though there are occasional issues (small parking, pool closed for private events at times).
Value for Money
8.4
Mostly positive overall, but some guests felt inconveniences (parking, attic room layout, breakfast/dinner issues) reduced perceived value and one asked for partial compensation.
Food and Beverage
7.9
Mixed feedback: some praise for Balkan cuisine and buffet-style breakfasts, free fruit and good restaurant service; several guests reported worse breakfasts than before, limited breakfast choices, cold eggs, undercooked meat and disappointing dinner experiences.
Overall Experience
9.6
Many guests report excellent stays, repeat visits and strong recommendations (friendly staff, great pool, comfortable rooms), though a minority experienced problems that tempered expectations.

Perfecto!
Pros:

Patrones amables, la cocina perfecta, para disfrutar cada día a partir del desayuno hasta las noches. La limpieza y el comfort de las instalaciones, buena piscina con vistas a las montañas y la ciudad. Perfecto en todo sentido.

Nice hotel with some drawbacks
Pros:

Nice looking, well equipped. Convenient bed.

Cons:

Cleaning of my room and especially the toilet could be done better. On breakfast a different kind of hams - fresh and dry were offered. Unfortunately all "fresh" types were probably old and smelly. There were no teaspoons, mixing coffee or tea shall be done by plastic sticks.
