Pros:

Camere nuove e pulitissime, dotate di tutto il necessario. Dimensione della camera ampia e con un bagno grande e comodo. Colazione ricca con scelte alla carta incluse nel prezzo. Posizione centralissima e staff di livello eccelso.

My family and I were extremely happy with our stay at Hotel Duomo.

Couldn’t be closer to the Duomo!
Pros:

Excellent location just around the corner of the Duomo. The room was pleasant and very clean and well-equipped.

Cons:

The location also has its downside: the night we stayed there was a DJ performing in the street very nearby until about midnight, and this was very audible in our room. Also breakfast was quite poor - no fresh fruit at all, and although they offered omelette with ham, they refused to boil me an egg when I asked for one.

Pros:

Grandiose Lage direkt am Dom in der extrem schönen Altstadt, trotzdem ruhig hervorragendes Essen abends im hauseigenen Restaurant, sehr gutes Frühstück morgens mit großer Auswahl. Jede einzelne serviceperson war ausnehmend freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, nicht nur des Hotels wegen sondern auch wegen des wunderbaren lebensgefühls das diese schöne Stadt versprüht.

Cons:

Die klimaanlage war leider etwas laut, und wirklich nicht einfach zu bedienen, aber das wäre schon Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau.

Wonderful location, staff, breakfast and rooms...would stay here again.
Pros:

We had a top floor room. The room was modern, clean, and absolutely gorgeous. There was a sitting nook that came in handy and a desk. The skylight helped keep the room bright. The breakfast was so delightful...probably the best one we had during our travels. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The location is right next to their stunning Duomo and baptistry.

Cons:

Although the country was experiencing a heat wave at the time of our visit, the air conditioner could not keep up. It didn't cool the room at all which made it quite difficult to sleep in. This was the only hotel in Italy we struggled with this issue. If it wasn't for this single problem, this hotel would have exceeded our expectations.

Lindo y acogedor hotel. Excelente ubicación y restaurante. El servicio es impecable. Sin duda volveremos. El personal estuvo en permanente contacto antes de nuestra llegada. Felicitaciones por tan buen servicio, 100% recomendable. Desayuno fabuloso.
