This was a surprisingly good stay near London Heathrow. The rooms were large like in the US and the restaurant and bar options were really good. We particularly liked the Indian restaurant on the top floor overlooking the main runway at LHR. The food was some of the best Indian I have had. There was also a nice bar with outdoor seating for a late night pint. I would stay here again leaving out of LHR. And the bus service to the main terminal was on time and easily arranged.

Room was cozy.
Staff reception during check in was mediocre. Front desk Staff seemed to be preoccupied with each other rather than focusing on checking in a guest. I checked out at 5 am and the front desk Staff didn't greet me when I approached the front desk and didn't say thank you prior to my departing. Reception Staff needs to increase a consistent friendly and polite approach towards customers.
The rooms need investment, its a pleasant enough Hotel , the staff are great and I have stayed a number of times as its passable but the soft furnishings ( Mattress ) on 2 out of the past 5 stays are well beyond needing replacement. On most recent visit the mattress had a pronounced dip at the point where one would sit and then stand to climb out of bed. On the previous occasion the bed would play a tune as I moved about ( springs ) ..
Stayed one night before our flight to Canada, location good, short ride on Hoppa bus. Had food and couple of drinks in the sky bar whilst watching the plane take off.

Near to the tenpin bowling Alley and the Skybar fabulous place to eat drink and watch the aeroplanes.
Bed was a bit dippy wear others have slept in it. So uncomfortable
A fantastic evening. The views over the airport action were stunning from the Sky Bar and PK restaurant on the 6th floor. The food and drink was also exceptional.
Only that the room I was in needs the windows to be sound proofed again. I think over time they weren't as efficient as perhaps they once were. I was OK with it all though.
