Top location
Pros:

Very good location, right next to Westbanhof, and Mariahilfestrasse, it is a good place when you are comfortable with technology! using the app made it much easier to access elevators, room, etc...

Cons:

It is more like a hotel room than a small studio, I didn't feel comfortable cooking there for example... And also, the vent in the bathroom was kind of noisy for long periods, then stopped by itself. For light sleepers, it could be an issue.

Great value for money
Pros:

Very nice room with everything you might need. You can always take extra coffee/towels or other necessities from the storage room which is really nice. The check-in and overall "staffless" situation was completely straightforward and easy. Great A/C. Not the most central location but has everything you need around and good connection with public transport.

Cons:

Just some small things: not the most convenient layout of the room (e.g. no sink in a separate toilet or kitchen area, so you always need to walk to the bathroom), and the door to the bathroom was only semiopaque so might be not ideal depending on who you're travelling with.

Pros:

Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtete Unterkunft mit super Lage. 5 Minuten vom Westbahnhof!

Cons:

Der self check in war sehr mühsam! Eine seite des Doppelbettes hatte ein sehr abgelegen Matratze wie Hängematte und die andere Seite war wie neu!

All was good, so I would probably use Numa again, but I did miss the human interaction.
Pros:

The room was clean, stylish, excellent facilities.

There was no human interaction. No staff. Just an AI bot to answer questions.

Visszajövünk és tudjuk ajánlani másnak.
Pros:

Tisztaság majdnem tökéletes. Kiváló elhelyezkedés. Csend.

Cons:

A reggeliből nagyon hiányzik a kávé vagy tea, hiszen az orange nem része, csak étvágygerjesztője a reggelinek.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage und direkt am Westbahnhof.

Es liegt zwar an einer stark befahrenen Straße, aber wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind hört man tatsächlich nichts davon.

Sehr gut finde ich, dass es eine Kapselkaffeemaschine gibt mit einer Grundausstattung von einigen Kapseln sowie einen Wasserkocher und diverse Teebeutel.

Sehr gut hat mir auch gefallen, dass man seine Gepäckstücke nach dem Auschecken sicher verwahren kann und diese Schließfächer sind groß genug für einen großen Koffer und weiteres Kleingepäck

Gute Ausstattung: Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, kl. Kühlschrank. Genug, um sich ein paar Tage selbst zu versorgen - wenn man möchte.
