Nothing really
Carpet in my room had stains . Bed mattress quality was poor and I woke up with backache. Advertise said there is parking on site but found out its not hotel parking and its not at site , its near by 10 minute walk.
Good location
The breakfast choice was ok although the scrambled eggs did not look very appertizing, the fried eggs were a bit rubbery and the pork sausages could have been cooked longer as too pink in colour for my liking. However the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful especially Margaret.
I did not like that you had to use the nearby Millennium car park for parking purposes which was quite expensive for the 2 day duration of my stay and there was double yellow lines outside the hotel so you had to be very quick to drop off luggage before going to the car park. Thank goodness it was not raining when I was leaving as that would have been awful given the distance to the car park.

Reception staff not very friendly or helpful after j was charged full price day before stay and had to pay same on day and wait for refund which is a week ago . Never had to do this previously with booking.com
