Excellent hotel
Pros:

The hotel was lovely! Very comfy beds and lots of space. We stayed with our 5 month old and our 3 year old and they slept so well all night. The hotel is clean and spacious: good location and lovely staff

Cons:

We paid £16 pp for breakfast which we didn’t feel like was worth it. The sausages were of cheaper quality and the rest of the breakfast was average. If you’re going to get the breakfast I recommend paying online as it’s cheaper. The breakfast staff were extremely lovely and helpful!

Excellent stay. Not cheap but very good facilities. I would stay again.
Pros:

Next to the Eastside rooms for conference attendance. 15-18 minute walk to the BullRing & New Street station. Very comfortable room. Well equipped gym.

The food was good, staff friendly

Cons:

The room had nowhere to hang anything....no coat hooks plus the chain on my door was broken. It came off the wall as the screws where loose. No toilet brush either
