The toasters at the restaurant seriously need to be replaced with a decent commercial version, they were actually a joking point for guests during breakfast.

Parking was at local council facility. Was a bit worried about the security and payment as machines not working properly.
Did report a shower drain issue that wasn’t fully rectified during my stay

Clean, modern, quiet, great location.
Pros:

Very modernised. Great location, close assess to the conference centre (Eastside rooms) which is just there on-site. Staffs very nice. I got the lovely room at level 6, window facing the west. Had a great time looking at the sunset over the city landscape. Also nespresso machine is there and I can make my own coffee in the morning. Thank you!

Cons:

Shower is nice but there is no shower gel which staffs apologise for it and it seems to be the issue for all the rooms. I used soap bar instead which is okay.
If the shower gel was there, I would have ranked 10. But overall stay was really great and I will definitely consider coming back!
