Pros:

場所は静かでよかったです
冷蔵庫に冷凍スペースがあるのは便利でした

Cons:

インターネットが途中使えなくなったりして、少し困りました。
別府や大分までのアクセスは車がないと少し不便なのと、朝夕は道路が混雑するので時間がかかります
