Great apartments, great facilities and close to everything.
Pros:

Quest Ballarat Train Station was perfect. We bkd a 1bdrm apt and requested 2 single beds in the 1 bdrm for a b/ball tournament w/end. Apt was on the ground floor with balcony off the main sitting area and the bedroom. Facilities were great, had everything you needed even a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom which was really handy for doing a quick wash and dry. Staff were really friendly on check in. Apartments are really central to main shops and cinema in Ballarat, walking distance is probably 6 - 7 mins. Overall a great choice, would definately stay again. Cost of the rooms was a lot higher than usual due to the b/ball tournament but this is the case with all accom. for this w/end.

Everything we needed for one night stay in Ballarat for dinner and a show.
Pros:

Location was great, room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Loved the tall ceilings. The courdyard was very pretty.

Cons:

The walls seem quite thin, I could hear people next door and they weren't speaking very loud either.
I wish we had 4 pillows. 2-3 were not enough.

Good stay
Pros:

Good location to shops and restaurants. Clean and tidy. Easy to park.

Cons:

Booking.com were good at my request to change the dates but Quest would not. I did not request a refund just a change of dates but I had no choice but to go or I would have lost my money. Everything else okay - just disappointing.

Cons:

The ceiling in the main bedroom had a water leak and we could hear water dripping all night
For $700 a night I would have thought someone would have noticed the water stain in the ceiling and made arrangements for a different room

Thank goodness I only stayed one night in this hotel. It was disappointing and not recommended.
Pros:

Location to the city centre. The car park was adequate..

Cons:

Staff. Not tentative and not friendly.
Housekeeping is need mored eye details when cleaning the room, especially the kitchen and fridge.

Pros:

There was no breakfast as advertised on your site I will never book with you again the only thing I liked was the staff. Location was okay but overall very disappointed. I was suppose to have a balcony but did not .
