Very convenient location for public transport, nice spacious rooms, surrounding area is newly developed so not at all your typical run down station area.
Extra charge added by property for use of sofa bed, on top of Booking.com fee, although I already booked for 3 people in a 1 bed apartment.

We had the room beside the foyer and at times could hear voices.
We received an upgrade at check in time and were so pleasantly surprised with the quality and size of the room. I was travelling with my elderly mother and the size of the room and bathroom was really good for her. The kitchen was well appointed and there were many plug outlets to accomodate our computers and phones. Access to local supermarkets is great....its an easy 10 minute walk and we decided to eat in rather than dine at the local restaurant which is practically onsite from the hotel. Highly recommend this accomodation given its resources, easy access to CBD and food outlets plus the fact its just a two minute walk to Ballarat Train station.

Location is great and central, quiet at night, and heating was perfect
Basically not much water pressure was a downfall
Great to get a courtesy call a couple of days before I stayed to check on my arrival time. Appreciative that they arranged a super early check in and made sure it was a quiet room. A lovely surprise when that turned out to be a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful big apartment. Great location right near the station but lovely quiet room. Great value if you book ahead.
That I was only staying one night! I could get used to this.
