Disappointed, room comfy, airport shuttle / breakfast service not hood.
Pros:

Large, clean room. Comfortable lobby.

Cons:

Airport shuttle - over an hour to wait @ airport, very hard to contact by cell.
Breakfast chaos, not enough staff to clean tables/replenish food etc
Fan in bathroom not working

Close to airport

Cons:

Them not explaining all the fees associated with room clost. Through booking the room was $550 for 3 nights. Got to the hotel and it was $794 plus a security deposit of $300!! Rip off in my opinion

The hotel facilities and city views were excellent. We arrived around noon on the day of check-in and originally planned to leave our luggage first, but the front desk staff kindly prepared a room for us immediately so we could check in early, which was greatly appreciated.

We booked a room with two double beds, and the room size was very spacious. Even with three large suitcases fully opened, there was still plenty of space to walk around comfortably. The bathroom layout was also very nice, with a separate shower area, bathtub, and a private toilet room.

One of the highlights of the room was the floor-to-ceiling windows offering a beautiful city view, which made the stay feel even more enjoyable..

Cons:

The only downside was that our room was located close to the elevators. We could hear the sound of the high-speed elevators throughout the day and night, which unfortunately had a noticeable impact on sleep quality.

I would recommend having a microwave close to the breakfast area if any beverage needs to be made hot, rather than walk all the way to the mini-store to heat it up.

Very good.
Pros:

Very good location. Close to airport with a good shuttle service.
Bed was comfortable.
Reception staff were very nice and helpful. Simon assisted us with check out and was extremely helpful.

Cons:

The furniture was a little bit scratched but that would not deter me from staying again.
