Proximity to the airport
Time to upgrade the pillows but we survived
Very close to lax
The ac didn’t work. It was very very hot and even after the team came to look no resolution was found and we where left in a hot room
Great location and nice rooms.
The property itself was great but check in process was extremely slow. It took over 45 minutes.

I strongly do not recommend this hotel.
Without any explanation, your reservation can simply be canceled. When we arrived at the front desk around midnight, we were informed that there was an overbooking situation and that a cancellation message had supposedly been sent to us. They quietly added that such messages could take a very long time to arrive. However, they showed absolutely no concern that guests were already standing at the reception desk late at night expecting to check in.
From the very beginning, we had the feeling that something was wrong. It seemed that our room had already been given to another guest in advance.
If reliability of your reservation, responsible customer service, and a predictable experience are important to you, I recommend choosing another hotel.
It provided everything we needed for a quick stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was amazing. Doggie friendly for our pup.
More non alcoholic drink variety at self serve store. But there is a grocery/liquor store nearby where we could find options.
Clean and location breakfast is great variety of choices
I was given a room without window and $20 to upgrade... also i was charged straight 200 dollars for deposit , now i have to wait for refund .... i hope that next time just hold on to it and not straight charges
