Disappointing

What really caught my attention is the contradiction between the hotel's luxury and its strategic location in the city center, and the overall poor cleanliness in the rooms. We arrived at night and the corridor leading to the room was completely dark. When I asked the worker about the lighting, he answered sarcastically (there is none). The place was not air-conditioned and not ventilated, and there was a distinct smell from the carpet due to the lack of ventilation.

The rooms were also barely ventilated, and it took hours for ventilation and cooling to complete. The sofas and couches were completely dirty with clear white stains from food leftovers, the table was burned in the middle, and cigarette butt marks were clearly visible. We asked the reception staff to send workers for a thorough cleaning, but the request was not fulfilled at all. In short, from the outside the hotel truly gives the impression of 5 stars, but from the inside, in my opinion, its rating does not exceed 3 stars. Unfortunately, an experience that will not be repeated.

From the moment you arrive, the experience feels like the beginning of a very bad holiday story. The staff are, without exception, incredibly unpleasant — to put it mildly, even the “friendliest” person there seems to have a serious allergy to basic courtesy.

The rudeness starts right from the parking area and follows you all the way to the reception. Not a smile, not a welcoming attitude, not even the minimum level of politeness you would normally expect when you are paying to be a guest somewhere. Instead, you are made to feel as though your mere presence is an inconvenience.

What should have been the beginning of a relaxing stay immediately turned into an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. The atmosphere is so unfriendly that you almost start wondering whether hospitality is considered an optional extra here.

A holiday should be about relaxing, enjoying yourself and feeling welcome. This place managed to achieve exactly the opposite.

Strongly, strongly NOT recommended. If you want to protect your mood, your patience and your holiday, do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.

La struttura era pulita e stanze ampie.
Comodo parcheggio sorvegliato al coperto.

Cons:

Avevamo prenotato due suite con idromassaggio (indicato su Booking nel nome della camera) ma l’idromassaggio non esisteva. Una delle due camere scelte puzzava molto di fumo ed è stata cambiata con una camera di qualità inferiore ma il prezzo è rimasto lo stesso.
