The AC was not working properly. Bed sheets had holes in them. Check in took a long time. Although staff were very nice, it was hard to communicate via telephone as I did not speak Turkish.

Мы были на машине (2 взрослых и 2 детей). Номер большой, комфортный. Машину сотрудник отеля сразу сам отвез на подземную парковку. Завтрак хороший. Там же вечером ужинали, европейская еда по приемлемым ценам.

I booked a King Suite with Spa Bath through Booking.com for a 3-night stay in Şanlıurfa. This was not an ordinary trip for me; it was my WEDDING NIGHT stay, meant to be one of the most important and memorable moments of my life.
Instead of the suite I booked, I was given a regular double room. There was no explanation, no prior notice, and no consent for this downgrade. I only realized later that the room I was staying in was not what I had paid for.
This completely affected my wedding experience. The stay that was supposed to be special, memorable, and the highlight of the trip was instead filled with stress, confusion, and frustration.
When I raised the issue, I was told the hotel was fully booked and nothing could be done. They essentially sold my room. Later, management acknowledged the situation and promised it would be fixed and that I would receive a refund, but nothing at all was done during the stay. Even after clear confirmation that there was a problem, I was still left in the wrong room for the duration of my visit.
I was also given inconsistent explanations and promises, including assurances of compensation that were not properly fulfilled. The refund/adjustment provided was minimal and does not reflect the difference between a suite and a standard room, nor the impact this had on my stay.
What makes this worse is that this hotel was presented as one of the better options in the area, and I specifically chose it expecting quality and reliability for such an important occasion. Instead, it completely failed to deliver what was booked and what was promised.
This experience did not just involve a booking issue; it ruined what was supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime wedding stay. I am going to SUE them for it.
I also have to mention the hotel was not at all 5 stars. It was dirty, smelled bad, and smoking was allowed everywhere. It was filthy.
It is not worth your money. Go stay literally anywhere better than this hotel. Do not waste your money.
Colazione abbastanza varia e ricca, camera pulita e dimensione della camera adeguata e posizione perfetta.
Abbiamo provato ad andare in piscina, nonostante mancasse mezz'ora alla chiusura, lo staff della piscina mi ha detto che non potevo accedere perche' dovevano iniziare a pulire.
