Amazing!
Pros:

Everything was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help and guide us. Their smiles and positive energy were truly wonderful to see throughout our stay.

The fitness and spa facilities were absolutely outstanding — honestly, one of the best hotel gyms I’ve experienced. A special mention to the fitness coach as well: she was amazing, very professional, helpful, and genuinely made the experience even better.

Overall, a beautiful experience from start to finish. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Good for one night, the restaurant in a rooftop it’s ok good food and an excellent breakfast.
Pros:

The property is just fine , convenient underground parking a plus if you travel with a motorbike.

Cons:

The staff, not friendly and besides Turk they do not speak any other language which makes communication difficult.

What really caught my attention is the contradiction between the hotel's luxury and its strategic location in the city center, and the overall poor cleanliness in the rooms. We arrived at night and the corridor leading to the room was completely dark. When I asked the worker about the lighting, he answered sarcastically (there is none). The place was not air-conditioned and not ventilated, and there was a distinct smell from the carpet due to the lack of ventilation.

The rooms were also barely ventilated, and it took hours for ventilation and cooling to complete. The sofas and couches were completely dirty with clear white stains from food leftovers, the table was burned in the middle, and cigarette butt marks were clearly visible. We asked the reception staff to send workers for a thorough cleaning, but the request was not fulfilled at all. In short, from the outside the hotel truly gives the impression of 5 stars, but from the inside, in my opinion, its rating does not exceed 3 stars. Unfortunately, an experience that will not be repeated.
