Absolutely amazing
Pros:

The food was amazing and you had your room cleaned daily. The staff was so friendly and very helpful 🥰

Cons:

The dinner menu was amazing BUT the portion was way too small. It didn’t match the photos they were advertising.

Convenient and authentic location for our stay, and good value for HCMC.
Pros:

It's off of a main street in a lane, so most of what you need is there. It's also located in a Vietnamese area, unlike district 1, which is geared towards tourists and is very pricey. It's a great location for anyone getting from or to the airport. The swimming pool is quite big for an apartment style hotel like this in Vietnam, and it's well used. There are ATMs on the main street, but no $ exchanger. We never used the restaurant as it's pricier than local Vietnamese ones. It's a pretty authentic experience of Vietnam in HCMC. The main street gets super busy and can be very loud. Our family room was spacious. There was a small balcony.

Cons:

It's not so clean. Very loud on the main street, though we couldn't hear it from our room. When you walk out it's insanely busy.

Уверена, что если б нас засели в тот номер, что мы изначально бронировали, моя оценка была бы выше
Pros:

Понравилось то, что в итоге нас заселили, мы были насколько уставшие, что не было сил искать альтернативу. Из плюсов отмечу завтрак, хороший вкусный, порционный завтрак. Масло к тосту не подают, но если попросить принесут. И очень порадовал свежевыжитый сок, прям хороший не разбавленный. wi-fi - хороший.

Cons:

Мы бронировали один трех местный номер ( семейный номер - студия), но по приезду как выяснилось он оказался занят. Молодой человек нам сперва предложил пойти в другой отель, но даже 10 минут ходьбы с чемоданами перспектива не казалось нам радужной. В итоге около часа в ожидании и нам предложили два номера ( обычный номер с удобствами ). Увы, номер оказался БЕЗ ОКНА, По стоимости эти два номера даже дешевле, чем наш забронированный просторный номер с балконом. Компенсацию не предложили вообще. В одном из номеров стоял жуткий запах, какой-то технический или ремонта. Мы были дико уставшие после двух перелетов и нам надо было переночевать перед вылетом на остров, мы согласились на эти дикие условия, по цене самого лучшего номера в этом отеле. Разочарование.
