Nice location but room for improvement.
Pros:

Location was great and Staff was super friendly!
Amazing views !

Cons:

The train at 5 am. No sure if you can get used to.
Air con was not working on the first flat. We were moved and still not working in all of the rooms.
Minimal amount of dishes/ pots. It was a 3 bedroom flat and we had only 3 cups/ 4 glasses.

The flat needs maintenance and deep cleaning - specifically in the toilets.

Pros:

La ubicación fue perfecta para lo que buscábamos y la zona es bastante tranquila.

Cons:

No tiene que ver con el lugar pero el tren pasaba muy seguido y en la madrugada, el lugar no ofrece mucho equipamiento (agua, cubiertos, sartenes, etc)

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, el lugar muy lindo y amplio. Nos encantó que cada habitación tiene su propio baño. La vista desde el departamento es muy bonita. Sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedar ahí. Y la persona en recepción fue muy cálida y amable.

Cons:

El único detalle es que sus almohadas son muy altas y nos torció un poco el cuello. Fuera de eso todo es excelente.

Pros:

La ubicación, muy cerca de centros comerciales y de puntos estratégicos de la ciudad. Una vista muy buena de la ciudad y la tranquilidad.

Cons:

PESIMA EXPERIENCIA Y SERVICIO
Cons:

La discrepancia entre lo ofrecido por booking y la realidad de las instalaciones raya en el fraude. Entre lo mas inconveniente al rentar una supuesta "máster de lujo" fue que el sistema de aire acondicionado no funcionaba, mas aun no tienen una cuadrilla de mantenimiento para atender esto. Realmente PÉSIMO servicio

Otro inconveniente es la cantidad de estacionamientos que es muy restringido.

Para colmo del pésimo servicio se niegan a facturar porque la salida es en domingo y es último día del mes y argumentan que no trabaja el personal de finanzas. Esto no se me informó el día de entrada para tomar acciones.

Este tipo de alojamientos no debería promoverlos Booking, ¿acaso no verifican la seriedad de los ofertantes?. Es también una Igual decepción del servicio de Booking.

Experiencia muy decepcionante: el alojamiento anunciaba aire acondicionado, pero nunca funcionó; además nos quedamos sin agua un día y los baños tenían olor constante a caño. Muy caro para lo que realmente ofrece.

Pros:

El personal fue super amable, estaba bastante comodo y limpio. El Internet de muy buena velocidad. La Zona excelente.

Cons:

En el Baño no tiene en donde poner los cepillos de dientes. La otra cosa es que pasa el Tren cerca de ahi y hace bastante ruido, eso se nota mucho por las noches.
El Gimnasio no tenía aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador
