We were twice locked into the hotel. That’s unacceptable for safety and other reasons.

The location was good, the rest ranged from unacceptable to underwhelming.

Cons:

We were twice locked into the hotel, once for only a minute or two but the second time for about 7 minutes. They lock the hotel when helping another guest with parking, presumably as a security measure. But it’s absolutely unacceptable to trap other guests inside of the hotel, and there are many other ways to address security issues.

The WiFi only worked sporadically and, while we were warned you only got about 10 minutes of hot water (for a room of three) but it was really on three or four minutes.

Pros:

El baño estaba muy bien, disponían de agua caliente y eso es bueno, la vista de la habitación estaba muy bonita hacia el parque y la Catedral que es parte del centro histórico de Latacunga

Cons:

podría decir que deberían poner flores naturales en los pasillos en vez de las artificiales, de el resto me gusto y estoy conforme con mi estadía en el hotel Cotopaxi

Pros:

Juan, der Rezeptionist war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war absolut perfekt. Die Lage war sehr gut, ruhig und entspannt. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Přišli jsme na základě rezervace přez Booking a dostali jinou cenu.
Ozvali jsme se. Prý jde o provizi pro Booking/tedy tarif za zprostředkování.
Pokračovalo to změnou ceny snídaně na víc než anoncovaný dvojnásobek. Odmítli jsme.
Jako bonus jsme dostali pro dvě osoby druhý ručník jako nadstandardní....
Ještě nějaké drobnostijako, že odmítli platbu kartou a v hotovosti neměli zpět.
Ale parking byl bez obtíží.

Pros:

Im Hotel Cotopaxi haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet, perfekt sauber und sehr geräumig, mit Schrank, Nachttisch, extra Tisch mit Stühlen und sehr schönem Duschbad. Handtücher und Seife /Shampoo werden gestellt. Der Portier war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Hotel liegt absolut zentral. TV mit Netflix vorhanden. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.
Wir sind mit dem allgemeinen Bus vom Busbahnhof aus zur Lagune Quilotoa gefahren. Das dauert zwar, aber die Fahrt ist atemberaubend schön und kostet 2,50 Dollar pro Person pro Weg.

Cons:

Nichts. Alles war super.
