We had a wonderful stay at M hotel. Room was huge, clean and comfortable. The service was excellent and everything was well organized. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
What an amazing stay! Our ocean-view room had the most beautiful views of the sunrise, sunset, and the endless ocean. Everything was perfect—the pool, breakfast, location, and service.
The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. As we were travelling with our young child, they kindly arranged an early check-in for us, which made our stay so much more comfortable and stress-free.
We loved every moment and honestly didn't want to leave. If we get the chance, we would love to stay in the same room again. Highly recommended!

The name on the booking must match the name on your passport; otherwise, the front desk will issue a new order. Even though you've already paid by card, you're being asked to pay again on-site, and then wait for the hotel to refund you. This is extremely unreasonable and foolish.
Only two bottles of water were provided for a three-day stay, and breakfast was extremely basic.

The stay was really comfortable and rooms were fabulous. They do have many good option for vegetarian food as well.
The views were incredible and the pool area was lovely. The staff at reception were also very helpful . The location is great and just a short walk from the night market
The room was quite worn and in my opinion not up to the level of cleanliness for the price paid. It was quite dusty, the Aircon in our room didn’t work and took over an hour to be moved but originally told we couldn’t move as the hotel was booked out (our room was over 28degrees). The bath had grit in it (not cleaned) and both rooms were the same level of cleanliness.
Took over an hour for fish and chips and a pizza and I received 5 cold chips…
The pictures unfortunately give higher expectations than what’s delivered - the hotel could do with some money being spent on it to bring it back to life and the quality that would set it apart.
Also no wardrobe or drawers, just one rail which in our room was coming off the wall
