Extremely nice and spacious room. Property is very charming. Staff is super caring, including the owners/management, breakfast staff, and cleaning personnel. Location is perfect, close to all main restaurants but still at a quiet location. Would 100% go back

Great property to enjoy Bacalar
Pros:

Beautiful property and rooms. Great rooftop where the breakfast is and you can also go to see the sunrise and sunset (and if lucky get to see some raccoons :)). Having the beach club pass is a huge plus as it made our stay in Bacalar much easier by not having to think about where to go to enjoy the beautiful beach. Close enough to go to the port and center walking.

Cons:

The only thing is that rooms can be bit dark and difficult to dry your clothes on (although there is a very smart clothing dry rope that I wish more hotels had).

Tout était parfait. L’hôtel et les chambres sont en excellent état. Le personnel est incroyable.
De plus nous avons eu des accès au beach club Mawimbi qui est vraiment magnifique.

Fantastisch geweldig verblijf, écht een aanrader op Holbox!
Pros:

Wauw wij hebben echt genoten in dit prachtige verblijf! Wat een oase van rust! Het was de start van onze huwelijksreis en ze hadden de kamer versierd, super lief! Het was heel schoon en het bed lag fantastisch.
Het was echt geweldig dat we iedere dag een ticket voor Mawimbi beach club kregen. Echt een prachtige plek aan de adembenemende zee, met comfortabele bedjes onder de palmbomen en heerlijk eten!
De accommodatie is prima op loopafstand van alles. Het is een leuk stukje van het dorpje om te wandelen. Het ontbijt was ook overheerlijk! Iedere ochtend konden we kiezen uit een menu en dat werd vers klaargemaakt. Alle medewerkers waren erg attent en behulpzaam. Ze stonden altijd voor je klaar en Fabio reageerde snel via de app. We zouden dit verblijf aan iedereen aanraden die naar Holbox gaat!

Le personnel était très accueillant, très bon petit déjeuner et emplacement stratégique. L’accès était un vrai plus.

Le seul petit bémol était qu’il n’y avait pas de frigo dans les chambres, mais des distributeurs d’eau fraîches étaient disponibles

Das El Corazón ist ein wunderschönes Hotel mit großzügigen Zimmern und leckerem, frischem Frühstück. Wir waren rundum begeistert von der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter und deren vorausschauende Kommunikation.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls super, nicht direkt im Trubel, aber in sehr guter Laufdistanz. Die Partner-Beachbar ist auch ein Traum, die Kellner sind nicht aufdringlich und der Strandabschnitt ist wunderschön.

everything about this hotel is amazing! The staff are so incredible and accommodating- they gave us an early check in when we were switching hotels on the island. The grounds are immaculate and so beautiful, just like the rooms. It is so aesthetically curated here I love it ! The breakfast area is on the roof top and it’s such a quiet peaceful spot to start the morning. I also want to not the breakfast itself was delicious and you have 4 options to choose each morning. The hotel also have filtered water coolers outside on each floor of the building, this was such a nice touch.

Pros:

I was looking for a restful and quiet getaway and found a haven at El Corazón Boutique Hotel. The place has a wonderful architecture, constructed truly with love in all details, and warm in character. It is also kept exceptionally immaculate. Sonia, Fabio, and everyone on staff were so kind, present, and anticipating your needs - yet very respectful with space. It felt like being a guest in a family home. Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared daily, and my daily excursions to the nearby Mawimbi Beach Club with their friendly staff and excellent food was my little weeklong ritual aside from marveling at the fine white sands and clear green waters of the Caribbean Sea. I hope to be back not too long from now. I felt very safe traveling alone here.
