Pros:

the hotel is modern looking, clean and new with helpful staff.

Cons:

the concierge is not at the door sometimes you need to call him from inside, the kies has to be reprogramed and the beakfast is not so fresh. the lounge did not have anyone to serve us and bring us dishes.

الموقع ،النظافه ،حجم الغرفه،سرعة اجراءات الشيك ان ،تفاني طاقم العمل،كل شي رائع ،واود ان اتقدم لادارة وطاقم العمل على حسن استقبالهم وكرم ضيافتهم واخص طاقم الاستقبال من ابنائنا وبناتنا جميعهم ولا يفوتني ان اتقدم بالشكر الجزيل للاستاذ نواف على حسن التعامل وتسهيل اجراءات الاقامه والاحترافيه في اداء العمل والحرص على رضى النزلاء .شكرا لكم جميعا .

الفندق مريح وهادي والاستقبال رائعين بالتعامل وأخص بالشكر للأستاذ خالد على حسن تعامله معنا ، اكثر مالفت انتباهي لطفهم وتعاملهم لما عرفو الحجز كان لذكرى خاصه تم ترقيه الغرفه وتنسيقها من قبل طاقم الفندق مجهود ولفته رائعه يشكرون عليها مو آخر زياره للمكان وانصح فيه
