兎に角、ロケーションが最高で何処へ行くにも便利。

Cons:

今回 泊まった部屋にはシャワーはあったが バスタブはなかった。
まあ 部屋がスタンダードの部屋だったのでもう少し高い部屋であれば あったかもしれないが。

Zimmer H1 horribly loud; hat ein Rohr am Haus gleich an der Rückwand der Betten und es hat durchgehend gelärmt wie ein Raketenstart. Schlaf gestört!

很棒的一家旅館，就是離車站不近，需要搭巴士約4分鐘
Pros:

服務人員都很親切，有禮貌，住宿環境10分舒適，甚至還有地板暖氣設備，晚上一點都不冷，而且就在舊街道裡面，買東西吃東西都很方便，不過都要在五點前喔！平日店面五點左右就都關了差不多了

夜に突然、火災警報が鳴り、館内放送が二度にわたり緊急アナウンスされて、部屋から避難することが発生しました。
誤報だったという一言だけの説明でしたので、あまり良く眠れませんでした

Rooms were very big and spacious. The location was excellent for street shopping although walkable to JR karuizawa about 20 mins. Excellent service by the staff.

Cons:

Breakfast options limited. Would be better if had more. Japanese one set on rotation.
