おしゃれで落ち着く
Pros:

立地がいいのでアクセスしやすくお店もたくさんあるのでよかった。

Cons:

部屋はおしゃれでシンプルなのは良かったか、ホコリや加湿器の汚れが気になった。

We would return!

最高のロケーションで、快適な宿泊でした。
Pros:

お部屋は十分な広さがあり、ロフトベッドはとても落ち着ける空間で、静かでよく眠れました。ロフト部分へ登るハシゴは登りづらく、小さな子供は注意が必要です。お風呂はシャワーのみ、浴槽はありません。
フロントスタッフの方は外国人の方でした。とても親切にしていただき、印象が良かったです。製氷機は無いですが、フロントに行けばたっぷり氷を頂けます。なにより、ロケーションが最高で、いい思い出になりました。

Cons:

概ね清潔ですが、隅々までピカピカというほどではないかなと思いました。靴を脱いで上がるスタイルのお部屋ですが、床にゴロゴロするのは少し遠慮しました。

Fantastic property
Pros:

Everything ! Location, staff, ambience, amenities…only small gripe is lack of smart TV option. Would truly be wonderful with a smart TV in every room instead of just 5 Japanese channels

リピートしたいホテルです
Pros:

お部屋の広さと立地。とても過ごしやすく、部屋に入るとアロマの香りに癒されました。
ゴールデンウィークの軽井沢でこのお値段で宿泊できたのはお得な気がしました。
朝食も大変美味しくて、普段しないご飯のおかわりまでしてしまいました。

Cons:

特にないけど、軽井沢駅からは遠いです。私はそれを承知で宿泊したので電動自転車をレンタルしていたため、何も困らず、むしろ観光地に近くてとても便利でした。
