This is my favorite hotel in LR. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the hotel is attractive, all true, but the service here is top notch! From Chita, greeting from the front desk with her warm welcome, generous heart and bubbly personality - she clearly cares about connecting with people more than just ‘doing her job’ would require - to Sidney, the valet, with a genuine smile, easy nature and kind helpfulness…I will never stay anywhere else in LR.
The most amazing experience I’ve had at a hotel. Been here several times and the front desk has been so helpful even when I’ve showed up at 01.30 in the morning. Derek, Chita, Brittany and Marlisha are all on top of making you feel at home. The valet Latrosha has been super helpful when I pull up tired from a long day at work.
This is absolutely a fabulous hotel! It is in a safe convenient location in downtown LR! The staff is incredible. They are caring and friendly and knowledgeable! Valet parking is available. It is pricey but well worth for safety and convenience! The bar and restaurant are nice if you want to relax but not get out in the evening They did recently change the menu and I hope they do again and add more choices for tired travelers Bravo AC!
What a phenomenal hotel! It was absolutely stunning and Rodriguez made me feel like family! I try not to travel to the same place more than once so I’m not sure if I’ll be back to Little Rock, but if I do, I found my hotel. We ate at a noodle place, and I’ll be looking for my receipt and leaving them a 5/5 review.
Also, forgot to mention BEST AC (air conditioning not hotel) ever. I even got a little cold which is rare for me.

All of the staff are super friendly and helpful, especially our valets Louis and Rodriguez. Loved the spacious modern rooms and the snack corner, and the bar had a fun vibe.
Rodriquez was extremely quick getting my car. Was extremely helpful and warm and even cleaned out my the trash from my car without being asked. 10/10 would recommend
