Great location and staff who really care
Pros:

Very nice hotel in an excellent location, with comfortable, clean rooms.

We had a couple of issues during our stay, but what really stood out was how the staff dealt with them. When our room door lock stopped working, they moved us to another room very quickly and without any fuss.

We also asked for advice on where to catch a bus for a day trip to Altea. Unfortunately, we were given the wrong location twice, which resulted in us missing our original bus and potentially having to cancel our plans. The staff were very understanding and went above and beyond to put things right. They arranged a taxi to Altea so that we could still make our trip, and refunded us €120 to cover our bus tickets and taxi without us even asking.

Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way they took responsibility and made sure we weren't left out of pocket or had our plans ruined was genuinely impressive. I don't think you would get this level of service in many hotels.

Overall, a very comfortable hotel with a great location and, most importantly, staff who really care about their guests.

Cons:

Breakfast selection is fairly small, although there was still enough choice to have a decent breakfast. The pastries in particular didn't seem particularly fresh.

Pros:

Lokacija je odlicna, kreveti su udobni, soba i kupatilo prostrani, sve cisto, dorucak sjajan. Dorucak je od 8h, morali smo se odjaviti u 7h, na recepciji nas je cekao lanc paket👏👏👏.

La ubicación buena cerca del centro urbano, playa etc. Buena arquitectura.

Cons:

En general el hotel. Desayuno con poca variedad. La habitación se escuchaba con estruendo cada vez que la habitación de al lado usaba el baño. Somier más corto que el colchón. No tiene un salón ni sala de espera ni espacios comunes. Ascensores muy lentos. Al entrar para ir a la habitación debes cruzar por el comedor de restaurante para llegar a la habitación

Lokacija u strogom centru na pjesackoj udaljenosti od svih zanimljivosti, plaze i setnice. Iznimno susretljivo osoblje, posebno na recepciji, velicina sobe. Idealan izbor za boravak u Alicante, osim ako ne inzistirate na pogledu na more.

Stylish hotel. Nasty breakfast.

Really nice. Room was interesting, clean and good decor. Comfort bed.

Cons:

The breakfast staff were unfriendly - especially the Spanish/Argentina lady (Dark hair, fairly pretty, slim about 170cm ) very nasty manner serving on 25th August. The food was poor - Surprised orange juice out of a bottle!

The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful - I really like the young lady with golden hair. Very sweet.

It doesn’t cost you anything to be polite. If you don’t like working in hotels change your job.

I stort sett, så var det en underbar vistelse. Superservice av personalen och ett mysigt hotell.
Pros:

frukosten var en av dom bättre, som jag har upplevt i Spanien.
Färsk frukt, god apelsinjuice, bra pålägg och stekta ägg.
Personalen var väldigt tillmötesgående och serviceinriktade.
Kommer gärna tillbaka.

Cons:

Städningen av rummen kunde vart bättre. När man har vart på stranden, så följer det ju alltid med sand. Hur noga man än är. Så var golven ganska skitiga även efter städningen.
