Nice staff. Hotel location was great.

Cons:

Sound proofing in the rooms is not great. You can hear toilets, showers and noise gets through to the whole room.

Breakfast was a bit of chaotic. Staff were friendly.

Won’t go anywhere else when in Alicante

Excellent location in Alicante old town, near to all amenities and the beach. Staff are attentive, rooms clean and tidy and quiet for where it is located.

Rooms are okay but staff is rude

Staff was not accommodating As someone who travels frequently and suffers from severe elevator claustrophobia, I specifically requested a room on a lower floor because I do not use elevators under any circumstances. Most hotels are understanding and accommodate this request because it is not simply a preference it is an accessibility and health issue for me.
Unfortunately, this hotel completely ignored my request and assigned me a room on the highest floor. For three days, I was forced to climb four flights of stairs multiple times a day while carrying luggage, shopping bags, and returning after long days out. Throughout my stay, I felt that my situation was being minimized and not taken seriously.
I understand that hotels cannot guarantee every request, but empathy, communication, and a reasonable effort to accommodate guests can make a significant difference. Instead, I felt ignored and inconvenienced for the duration of my stay.
A very disappointing experience, especially from a business whose purpose is hospitality.

Some good some bad!
Pros:

Nice location, very modern and clean. The two front of house reception ladies were very warm and welcoming. Perfect in their roles.

Cons:

Twas dark but ok,
Tv was advertised as international channels, sadly not. Only Spanish. Extraction system in bathroom was not working. Barman in onsite restaurant was awful. Rude and very disrespectful. A shame as the hotel team were nice.

Great location. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Rooms were comfortable.

No parking available at the hotel but on the street is possible and there is a big underground carpark 5 mins walk away
