Wonderful neighborhood and made our stay enjoyable
Pros:

Had a community room where we can make coffee or tea. Area for large groups to meet and have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Coin operated laundry service. Large rooms. Quiet air conditioning. Right underneath places to eat. Close to convenience stores (1 to 2 blocks). Close to coffee shop. Located within walking distances to all the tourist attractions but far enough away from the crowds.

Cons:

I didn't have anything that I can think of that was an issue. My expectations were met for a nice stay at Osaka. It's about an 6-7 minute walk from the Namba station so if you are carrying a lot of luggage, it can be tiring, but manageable.

We had a wonderful stay at Citadines Namba Osaka. The location is excellent, with easy access to Namba Station, Dotonbori, Kuromon Market, and countless restaurants and shops. It was the perfect base for exploring Osaka.

The hotel is housed in a beautiful historic building that blends classic architecture with modern amenities. Our room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious by Japanese hotel standards, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was well-equipped and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space for luggage and relaxation.

The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite being close to Osaka’s busiest entertainment and shopping districts.

Overall, Citadines Namba Osaka offers great value, comfort, and convenience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka.

Pros:

Da localização e do lounge para os hospedes com café, chá, copos e talheres. Muito prático isso !

Cons:

Quarto muito pequeno, cobraram valor extra pelo sofá-cama sendo que eu já tinha feito a reserva para 3 pessoas, sofá-cama desconfortável para dormir e as recepcionistas não são flexíveis. Falta 5 minutos para a 15hs e nos fizeram esperar até as 15hs para entregar as chaves no check-in, sendo que em todos os outros hotéis do Japão nos deixaram entrar horas antes do checkin.
