We stayed at the Citadines Namba for three nights during our trip to Japan. We had booked a premium double but then had an option to upgrade to a one-bedroom double for a very good price. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious and even had a washing machine which was great as we were able to do our laundry.
The hotel is centrally located but quiet as well.
The staff were very friendly and we really appreciated being able to get into our room on arrival at 12.30.
The hotel has a nice bar for an evening drink.
We really enjoyed our stay at Citadines and would recommend it.

Citadines Namba is a really lovely hotel in an excellent location. My husband and I were in Japan for our honeymoon and the hotel gave us a card and drinks vouchers to use at the bar. The room was quite a nice size, compared to other places we stayed in Japan. It was clean, modern and comfortable. The location was excellent for shopping in Den Den Town, hopping around to various food places and bars in Namba, and there were a few metro stations within 10-15 min walk. We used the laundry facilities there, which were clean and easy to use. I'd definintely recommend Citadines Namba to others staying in Osaka who wanted to be near Namba and good transportation options.
Kids playroom was great and good sized cots.

The location was perfect! A short walk to Namba Station or to Dotombori. Plenty of restaurants and conveniences stores nearby. The rooms were very spacious with great rooms and comfy beds. Breakfast had lots of options. Thank heavens for the coin laundry, came in very useful!

The hotel building is very nice, spacious, big with tall ceilings, its very clean with good facilities and a great restaurant.
Gorgeous hotel in a landmark building which used to house the largest department store in Japan. Very well appointed rooms, super comfortable beds; great breakfast; wonderful staff. Loved it.
