Pros:

The hotel is in a good location and the property itself is beautiful and impressive. Our upgraded one-bedroom apartment was spacious, with a separate bedroom, kitchen, dining area and living room. The extra space was appreciated.

Cons:

I originally booked a Premier Double and accepted an upgrade to a One-Bedroom Double for an additional ¥15,000 (approximately A$134). The confirmation specifically stated “Total Additional Amount: JPY 15,000,” with no mention that further taxes or fees would be added. I was therefore disappointed to be charged additional amounts on arrival.

The upgraded room was spacious, but unfortunately not particularly comfortable. The bed felt small for an upgraded room and the mattress was very hard. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable, and the TV was positioned too high above the seating area, making it uncomfortable to watch.

I was also surprised that the TV was not a Smart TV. We could only watch local channels and CNN, with no access to Netflix or YouTube. We had just stayed at Citadines Shinjuku Tokyo, which appeared less luxurious but provided a Smart TV where we could enjoy Netflix and YouTube. For an upgraded one-bedroom apartment at Citadines Namba Osaka, I expected at least the same level of comfort and facilities.

Good choice for families
Pros:

Свежий и современный апарт-отель, поддерживаемый в прекрасном состоянии. Наш номер был небольшим, но очень комфортным и оснащенным всем необходимым. Классно было освежить одежду после уже длительного путешествия в прачечной самообслуживания. Станции метро в 5-7 минутах ходьбы.

Great facilities and perfect pillows!
Pros:

The location was great, the rooms and hotel facilities were lovely, and the pillows were amazing! The coin laundry on our floor was a blessing after many days of travel. The community food hall downstairs was a bonus.

Comfortable clean and spacious well equipped rooms. Good value for money in a convenient and quieter
Pros:

The location was convenient. A 10 minute walk from the main station, 5 minutes to the nearest metro station. Fairly quiet as away from the super busy parts but still within walking distance.

Cons:

Nothing really. It would have been nice if there was a lounge or bar to relax in. Perhaps it was there but we didn’t see it.
