Pros:

Staff was very helpful, either with the rooms and with recommendations for restaurants.

There is a very comfortable residents room with free coffee and space to relax.

Perfecta recomendación en Osaka, sobre todo para familias con niños
Pros:

Este hotel es perfecto para visitar Osaka: tiene ubicación fantástica muy cerca del ambiente de Osaka pero con la tranquilidad de no estar cerca, los servicios que ofrece son muy buenos, las habitaciones muy cómodas y el personal es muy amable. Lo recomendaría x1000 para familias con niños ya que cuenta con una sala de juegos totalmente equipada que nos encantó, además, dejaron un detalle en la habitación para nuestra hija pequeña.

Cons:

Estaría bien ofrecer una ducha de cortesía para después del check-out.

Hotel in excellent location with all you need
Pros:

Excellent location for Namba and other underground stations. Broad breakfast selection that started early. Real coffee machine (though kettle etc also in room) and chilled water dispenser in communal kitchen. Iron in room. Laundry on site though did not use.

Cons:

Nothing really. Location really sold this place for us.
