Pros:

Definitely one of the best hotels in Dusseldorf, location wise and price wise. Just a 1-2 min walk to the old town and with many high-end stores and also a safe neighborhood. Employees are very professional and kind to all the guests. The rooms may be on the smaller side but the bed and pillows are excellent for sleeping, plus if You are on the higher floors, the room view is awesome.

Réduction de 10 % sur le parking Q-Park pas très loin.

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas aimé le check-in à faire soi-même. Ca manque cruellement de contact humain et par conséquent d'informations à l'arrivée de notre voyage. En plus, ça ne fonctionnait pas et un membre du personnel a quand même dû le faire "manuellement".
Nous avons été très déçus de la chambre car les photos de la chambre que nous avions réservée précisément ne représentaient pas du tout la réalité. Nous n'avions pas une vue sur les toits mais nous étions au 2ème étage avec vue direct sur l'immeuble d'â côté et c'était très sombre.
Nous avons demandé à être upgradé pour avoir plus de clarté dans la chambre, ce qui a été accepté.

Sehr freundliches Personal.
Alle Zimmer sind mit Verstärker für Gitarren ausgestattet, Gitarren kann man sich am Empfang ausleihen. Auch eine Bluetooth Box gibt's auf jeden Zimmer

Cons:

Die Klima Anlage hat leider nicht wirklich funktioniert.

아주 깔끔하고 호텔 전체적인 시스템이 신선하고 세련된 편, 직원들은 모두 친절하고 센스있었음
만약 다시 가야한다면 별 고민없이 다시 갈 것 같음

Pros:

Super cool das Musikanlagen im Zimmer zur Verfügung stehen.
Sehr schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Parken nicht direkt am Hotel, aber mit Rabatt im QParkhaus möglich (keine 5 Min. zu Fuß entfernt)

Amazing breakfast buffet included in stay, fantastic cocktails (1 free in exchange for daily room cleaning), incredible views, rooftop bar, very quiet rooms, great shower, bluetooth speaker in room, friendly staff

Cons:

Would be great to have a kettle in the room
Duvet was strangely small - I guess for 1 person on a double bed - felt a bit stingy. Air con was effective but a bit loud

Tolles stylisches Hotel in bester Lage mit sehr freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir bekamen sogar ein Zimmer Upgrade, weil wir an dem Tag unseren Hochzeitstag hatten. Tolles Frühstück. Die zentrale Lage, direkt in der City.

Cons:

Steuerung der Klimaanlage im Zimmer war etwas kompliziert.

Fenster geht nicht richtig auf

Kein Abzug in der Dusche, Abzug in Toilettenkammer geht nicht->wie Sauna
Vorhang Dusche zu klein
Trotz Beschwerde wegen Klima, keine Alternative angeboten,  nicht mal kaltes Getränk oder ähnliches
