Mooi hotel op top stek, maar niet boven de 25 graden.
Pros:

Het dakterras was top en ook de kamers waren prima.
Personeel op het dakterras was ook erg goed.

Cons:

Er was geen airco, alleen een warme lucht blazer. Het was buiten zo'n 30 graden dus we werden elke ochtend zwetend uit ons bed gebrand door de hitte.

Ook het inchecken was vervelend. Je moet zelf inchecken om het makkelijker te maken, maar dat duurt verschrikkelijk lang.

Leuk en mooi hotel op een perfecte locatie, jammer van de aircoproblemen en check-in.
Pros:

Goed ontbijt, perfecte lokatie. Mooie kamers.

Cons:

Check-in online was een drama en werkte niet goed.
Airco was defect, geen oplossing geboden vanuit hotel, ja ramen(verder) openzetten terwijl het 25 graden is buiten en heel rumoerig, dat is geen oplossing. Er waren meer kamers met deze problemen die ze vooraf al wisten, voordat we aankwamen. Betaald voor een kamer met airco en dat moeten we maar accepteren!

Designers were allowed to much free reign resulting in a 'Form over Function' experience :(
Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean with a nice view over Dusseldorf.

Cons:

Lighting controls were strange and the fact that the shower overflowed into to the toilet area were frustrating.

Only stay of cold outside.
Pros:

Location was good and staff were really friendly. Matt was great for conversation and keeping us hydrated and Axli was so helpful in trying to cool our room down.

Cons:

Both of the rooms were stifling hot and the A/C did nothing to help. The windows did not open enough to let a breeze in. Basically we were told it was because it was old however the hallways and entryway were pleasantly cool.

Miljöö kiva. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Kätevä sijainti.

Cons:

Ilmastointi surkea, huone kuuma ja siksi nukkuminen katkonaista. Huoneen eteisessä pesuallas ja peilit, joten suihkusta tullessa puhtain jaloin lattialle, jossa kuljettu kengillä, ei kiva.

Benım için tam bir hayal kırıklığı . Yorumları degerlendırerek geldim fakat söylenenlerle hiç alakası yok . Küçücük bir oda banyo tuvalet desen bınıcık labıret gıbı kapılardan geçiyorsun banyoyu kullanmak için kahvaltıda aç kalktık kesınlıkle tavsıse etmem . Temızlık desen oda eh işte tozlar havada uçuşuyor . Bu fıyata başka bır yerde kalınabılır . 4 yıldızı asla haketmıyor .ucaktan indik yorgun algın sabahın erken vaktinde otelde olduk . Daha önceden belırtmeme rağmen asla odaya saat 3 ten önce almadılar . Bır daha gıdecek olsam asla tercıh etmeyeceğim bır deneyım oldu .

Alles im allen ein gelungener Aufenthalt

Self Check-in hat schnell und einfach funktioniert.
Zimmer waren sauber und ruhig.
Klimaanlage vorhanden und einfach einzustellen.

Cons:

Es war sehr viel los beim Frühstück und ich hatte den Eindruck, dass das Auffüllen vom Essen und Besteck nicht so gut funktioniert hat.

Cooles Hotel…
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen.
Ein tolles modernes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal.
Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit Blick auf die Rheinseite und Blick auf das Feuerwerk. Danke.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein.
Ist vielleicht aber auch nur Geschmacksache.
Da wir die Sonnenseite hatten, war unser Zimmer sehr warm, aber wir hatten ja eine Klimaanlage.
Die hat es nicht wirklich geschafft zu kühlen.
Äußerst unangenehm beim schlafen. Wir haben alles versucht, ging nicht besser.
