Pros:

Un bel hôtel, certes pas très récent, mais qui donne envie de pousser la porte.
Et on a raison, le personnel y est accueillant, disponible, souriant.
J'ai aimé la grandeur de la chambre, la possibilité de se faire un petit coin salon marocain
J'ai envie de dire, allez y.
En sortant, un restaurant gastronomique hors du commun, LA BUVETTE, nous y avons été reçus, et y avons déjeuné comme rarement en FRANCE, dans ce créneau de prix.!

La piscine extérieure de l'établissement est très belle et propre, le personnel est plutôt sympa.
Rapport qualité-prix correct.

Cons:

Les chambres premier prix sont un peu dans leur jus et le petit-déjeuner est clairement mauvais (jus d'orange coupé à l'eau, galettes et viennoiseries de la veille...).

door staff were very pleasant, and it is in quite a good location (aside from the noise of traffic) as its on a main road with easy access to both the town and the beach.

Cons:

got to room to find there was no aircon. I spoke with reception and asked if i could switch to which i was told there was no aircon in the hotel. i said i would be prepared to pay to upgrade if that was an option and they said there was no aircon in the hotel. i checked booking.com and found others had had a similar experience but there were indeed rooms with aircon. i also discovered that i could cancel for less than £30. before cancelling i proceeded to find other accommodation with aircon. i went to the reception to tell them my intentions and all of a sudden they found some rooms that have aircon, and told me they could upgrade me for 800dh per night (£63) which would make the room more than three times the amount i had already paid per night. needless to say that i cancelled my stay and went elsewhere..
the staff were welcoming on arrival but became very dismissive when i asked about the aircon, and then very rude when i told them i was cancelling ( telling me that i cant have a refund).
the room was (apart from no aircon) dirty, grubby, there were hairs on my pillow, the sink and shower were grimy the floor was sticky in places, there was no hanging rail in the wardrobe (broken). the beds had itchy blankets the likes of which i haven't seen since i was in training for the army.
all in all this hotel is ****
