Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant war gut.
.

Cons:

Das Einzelzimmer war extrem klein und hatte keine Möglichkeit Kleidung aufzuhängen.
Leider war es im Burghof bis gegen 22:30 Uhr sehr laut.
Vermutlich durch Feierabend des Personals.

Hotelzimmer völlig überteuert bei einfachem Standard.
Pros:

Im Vorhof vor der Burg ist wirklich eine tolle Lage. Wir waren über dem Shop untergebracht, wo auch die Rezeption ist. Das zugehörige Restaurant ist mittags und abends nicht günstig, aber recht gut und mit sehr freundlicher Bedienung, gehört aber nicht zur Hotelbewertung, da hier nicht inklusive.

Cons:

Ausstattung usw. hält sich sehr in Grenzen, kein Kühlschrank, kein Heißwassergerät oder ähnliches. Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hellhörig vom Flur her. WLAN nur über facebook-Anmeldung u.ä. möglich. Ausblick auf ein paar Bäume. Frühstück ist nach den heutigen Standards im durchschnittlichen Normalbereich. Auch sonntags wurde konsequent ab 10:00 abgeräumt, ab 10:00 gab es nichts mehr. Das alles passt überhaupt nicht zum Preis. Preis-Leistung ist wirklich nicht angmessen

Der Hotelstandard ist keinesfalls vier Sterne wert.Eine ungekühlte Flasche billigster Herkunft und keine Möglichkeit eine dort zu kaufen als Proviant . Keine Minibar zur Selbsversorgung das ist gravierend !! Klimaanlage nicht vorhanden.Einfachste Ausstattung auch im Bad

Pros:

Hier gilt: Lage, Lage, Lage! Die Burg am Hang mit Blick über das Neckartal ist beeindruckend.
Dies gilt insbesondere für das sehr gute Restaurant mit ausgewählten leckeren Speise.
Das Zimmer erscheint auf den ersten Blick etwas einfach; dies ist aber wohl dem Burgfeeling geschuldet. Das Badezimmer ist renoviert.

Cons:

Zimmer 11 liegt direkt am Hauseingang. Das laute Öffnen und Schließen der Haustür stört schon.

The worst experience I ever made for a roo. booked with booking.com
Pros:

I couldn’t use the room, so there was nothing to like!

Cons:

It was not possible to spend the booked night in the room I got, because the temperature in the room was 36 degrees Celsius, there was no air condition only a ventilator, which shows the the temperature of 36 degrees Celsius.
So I decided instantly to drive back to home at night (3.5h, Munich) at 0.30 am.
At the end they charged me the full price for an room, which was not usable.

Sehr besonderer Ort zur Übernachtung mit gutem Komfort und grandioser Aussicht

Die Lage hoch oben auf der Burg mit grandiosen Blick ist großartig und lohnt den Aufstieg mit dem Rad. Gut, dass ich vorher die Information hatte, dass das Restaurant montags und dienstags geschlossen ist… Das Frühstück war sehr gut. An der Rezeption gab es frisches Obst zur Selbstbedienung und viele Informationen zur Region.

Cons:

Das Mobiliar ist nicht das Neueste, unterstreicht aber den gediegenen Burgcharme…

Essen und Schlafen in einer Burg - ideal für Romantiker
Pros:

Sehr netter Empfang, mit tollem Ambiente und gemütlichen Zimmern. Das Restaurant hat neben dem schönen Ausblick aufs Neckartal auch in kulinarischer Hinsicht einiges zu bieten. Zum Frühstück gab es unter vielem anderen frische Erdbeeren - sehr lecker.

Cons:

Die Versorgung beim Frühstück mit Tee und Kaffee (bei uns wurden Tassen einzeln gefüllt und an den Platz gebracht) bietet bei mehr als 20 Gästen Verbesserungspotenzial.
