Great hotel for a short stay, clean, comfortable and very high quality room and amenities.
The location is a bit far from the main spots to visit. Also, be aware that there’s a 15% service charge that is added on top of the fees for the stay and the tourist tax.
Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The rooms are relatively spacious, especially by Japanese standards, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit.
The hotel's location is excellent—situated right next to Kanazawa Station, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. Most attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas are easily accessible, and much of the city can be explored on foot.
The property itself is beautiful, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere that makes it a pleasure to return to after a day of sightseeing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return on a future visit to Kanazawa.
Very nice modern hotel. Very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Wifi did not reconnect automatically. Log in every time you get back to hotel. Parking is in the same building with special entrance for hotel, but not included in the room rate.

Location is PERFECT. Right outside Kanazawa station. No need to deal with local transit once you get here via shinkansen. Airport is straight forward too! Just take the Limousine Bus straight to Kanazawa station. Rooms were large even by North American standards. Easily the best stay of our trip. Provided us with a crib which normally takes up a lot of space in Japanese hotel rooms. Not this one! Great shower head too. 10/10. Would definitely recommend without hesitation.
Great location. New and very modern hotel. Excellent service
Wonderful modern hotel that is beautifully designed and decorated. We enjoyed our stay very much and the breakfast experience was outstanding.
location of the hotel is awesome. right next to the train station which also has a wonderful selection of shops and restaurants. the hotel rooms were clean and beautiful with ample space. I would definitely stay again.

Superb accommodation, great location to the train and bus station.
Professional and welcoming staff.
Very comfortable room.
Ammenities, coffee making, lighting all added to an enjoyable stay.
A very quick response from the staff to rectify a technical issue.
Can highly recommend.
Loved the shopping mall next to the hotel and train station. Lots more to see than we had time or energy to do. Planning to return for more touring of the castle and the samurai district.
I rarely write negative reviews, but on this occasion I feel compelled to do so.
We arrived at the hotel at approximately 1:00 pm. As American Express Platinum members, we understood that early check-in and a one-category room upgrade are provided subject to availability. Despite the hotel appearing far from busy, neither was offered. It was only after I raised the matter that the receptionist, a French national, repeatedly had to consult her manager. The entire reception experience felt disorganised and surprisingly unprofessional. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this one was not positive.
To be fair, the hotel did honour the American Express benefit of the $100 hotel credit, which we appreciated.
The reception area itself was underwhelming. Rather than conveying the atmosphere of a quality hotel, it felt more akin to that of a budget property. The room was clean and functional, with views over the station, but lacked any sense of character or occasion.
The bar was equally disappointing. Communication was difficult due to the limited English spoken by several members of staff, the furniture was uncomfortable, and the selection of house drinks was remarkably limited. It lacked both atmosphere and polish.
The breakfast experience was perhaps the low point of the stay. The selection, presentation and overall quality reminded me of a school canteen from decades ago rather than a modern international hotel. It was so uninspiring that we chose not to return for breakfast on our second morning and instead ate elsewhere.
Kanazawa is a wonderful city and deserves far better hospitality than this. There are many hotels where guests feel welcomed, valued and looked after. Sadly, this was not one of them.
Would I stay here again? Only if every other hotel in Kanazawa was fully booked, closed for renovation, and struck by lightning at the same time.
The Centric in Kanazawa was fantastic. Really good front desk service. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of fresh options.
The room was spacious and clean with good AC. The hotel is steps from the train station and a great jumping off point to see the sites on foot, car, or bus.
Also lots of food options nearby as well as shopping.
The breakfast has very little foods and expensive
The breakfast is overpriced with no good quality foods, waste of money
