y parecía seguro.Cerca de paradas de tranvía.

La falta de higiene.Necesaria revisión,del equipo de cocina ,solo habizn tres teneros,.No había tijera ,ni pelador ,ni sartén pequeña ni cuchillos que cortaràn.Faltaban productos de limpieza.No había ni una escoba para barrer,y mucho menos una fregona.El interior de todos los armarios estaba sucio.Tuvimos que comunicar al anfitrión, cuando llegamos que limpiara, la terraza,,que estaba llena de colillas y suciedad.Vinieron justo a barrerla, por encima,sin limpiar el reposa brazos que siguió sucio .Solo nos dejaron dos toallas pequeñas. Tras pedirlas nos trajeron dos toallas más Nos faltaron también unos cojines de màs .

Needs a little TLC but was fine, would go back.

There was a broken window on the interior glazing, the shower head had no holder and the toilet was loose with cracked tiles.

V tomhle pokoji jsme bydleli jiz pred par lety. Jiz tenkrat protekalo WC a spatne odtekal sprchovy kout. Tes to bylo jeste horsi. WC protekalo a ve sprchovem koute stala voda. Na ventilatoru v koupelne centimetrovy nanos prachu. Pristylka je prolezena, spatne se spi. Zaclony spinave. Je videt, ze se provozovatel o pokoje nestara. Je to jen biznis!

Sicuramente da migliorare
Pros:

Posizione perfetta, comoda per i mezzi, per spostarsi a piedi, a due passi dal fiume e dalla casa danzante.

Cons:

Struttura non pulita, arrivati c erano diversi capelli in giro, sporco negli angoli e manutenzione approssimativa.
Subito abbiamo notato che il gabinetto era staccato dal muro e sedendosi le piastrelle inferiori facevano rumore, poteva quindi staccarsi da un momento all altro. Presenti nella cucina 1 solo piatto per tipo e 3 forchette. La spugna per pulire i piatti era già usata chissà da quanti inquilini.
Forniti 2 asciugamani a persona, non entrambi di piccole dimensioni e non adatti per la doccia.

Месторасположение вполне хорошее для тех кто любит гулять. Есть вентилятор

Горячая вода на 70 литров. Грязная губка для посуды и в целом грязная посуда. Паутина в углах такая будто там не убирали месяцами. Грязные прикроватные тумбы. Грязная микроволновка внутри, куски еды прошлых жильцов. Полотенца стираные но все в въевшихся пятнах. В шкафу волосы. Сломанная крышка унитаза.
