Tutto sporchissimo
Pros:

La posizione è molto comoda , hai anche la metro dietro l'angolo.

Cons:

L'appartamento era sporchissimo !
Tutto lenzuolo , cuscini , tovaglie..la cucina pessima , presenti anche delle briciole , il cassetto delle posate era inguardabile.
Elettrodomestici tutti pieni di polvere .
Pessimo veramente.
Non penso che verremo piu in questo appartamento anche se la posizione era comoda.
Preferisco pagare di più ma almeno sentirmi più al mio agio a casa soprattutto avendo un bimbo di 3 anni.
Non consiglio , mi dispiace

Great location but a few thing needing upgrade
Pros:

Apartment was in great location, spacious and staff sent us instructions on how to get into accommodation. There was also a washing machine that was free of charge to use. Decent value for money.

Cons:

The apartment was clean but definitely needed more attention to detail, a few areas with marks all over the walls, and black hairs. Kitchenette utensils dirty. No AC. Only 70l water tank, so hot water runs out very quickly.

Pros:

A acomodação é excelente! A localização é ótima, perto de ônibus e metrô e ao lado da “casa dançante”. Estava tudo muito organizado.

Cons:

No box do chuveiro, tem um grande problema. A ducha não tem apoio, então temos q segurar com as mãos todo tempo, e tbm não tem apoio para colocar os itens de higiene. Isso dificultou muuuuito o banho, por exemplo pra lavar e enxaguar o cabelo, foi bem difícil.

Pros:

Unica nota positiva della struttura è la posizione e l’accessibilità

Cons:

La struttura si presenta sporca nel locale bagno e cucina, sfornita di tutti i prodotti quale gel per i piatti, buste della spazzatura e cartigenica che noi abbiamo dovuto riacquistare. Alcuni oggetti addirittura rotti come l’appendiabiti e il doccino . Spazzolone del WC incommentabile.

Pros:

Bra beliggenhet. Kort vei til fots og trikk rett ved. Leiligheten var passe stor og hadde det jeg trengte.

Cons:

Det kunne vært renere. Støv på vegger og i tak. Skittent rundt lysbrytere. Slitt interiør. Fikk ikke TV’n til å virke. Hadde ikke så mye å si for meg.

Emplacement, appartement grand , propre, lumineux.

Cons:

Plaques de cuisson pas efficaces.
Pas de sac poubelle en supplément.
Pas assez de papier toilette.
Ce serait bien d'avoir de l'huile, produit vaisselle ( il n'en restait qu'un fond).
Serviettes trop petites.

Pros:

la posizoone, la pulizia , il riscaldamento. ottima la vicinanza alla metro e tram. col tram 17 sei in centro in 3 minuti.

Cons:

mancanza di macchina x caffe, qualche cialda x caffe ( le ho sempre trovate su ogni appartamento). consiglio il gestore di metterne anche una nell'atrio comune ai 4 apoartamenti.
