Adorei tudo. O hotel é ao ar livre, como se estivéssemos integrados na Selva. Tudo muito limpo, tranquilo e lindo. Todo o staff foi super disponível e amável. Em especial o Jesus que nos ajudou com os tours, o Manuel com a sua simpatia e arte de servir no restaurante e ainda ao Daniel que ajudou o meu marido a preparar uma surpresa para mim, pelo nosso aniversário de namoro. Agradecer ainda à equipa do SPA que fez um trabalho maravilhoso.

Wonderful service - our aircon wasn’t very cold on arrival and they immediately sent someone to look at it and arranged for us to move to a different room.

Beautiful pool and yoga sessions
Just to point out - It’s a little away from downtown. This was fine for us as we had a car but it’s a good 20 min walk from the main square. We liked this as it was super quiet and relaxing but if you’re looking for something central then this is not for you.

I had to extend my stay for one more night because this hotel is truly amazing. Every detail made my experience exceptional: the pools, the shower, the cleanliness, and the overall attention exceeded my expectations.
The atmosphere of the hotel is incredible, and you can really appreciate the care put into every space. I definitely recommend it 100% to anyone looking for a special, comfortable place with an unforgettable experience.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La chambre est magnifique, l’hôtel est calme et l’atmosphère est vraiment reposante. Un immense merci à Fernando, qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus spéciale. Chaque soir, il nous recommandait un restaurant (dont le meilleur de tout notre séjour au Mexique !) et prenait le temps de nous demander comment s’était passée notre soirée. Suite à l’annulation de notre excursion la veille, il s’est également démené pour nous en trouver une similaire pour le lendemain. Son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et son attention ont vraiment fait la différence.
Le ménage est fait chaque jour, mais les capsules de café n’ont pas été réapprovisionnées quotidiennement. De plus, la climatisation est installée juste au-dessus du lit, soufflant directement sur la tête pendant la nuit. Cela m’a malheureusement rendue malade, ce qui est dommage pour un établissement de ce standing.
Excellent experience! Hotel Bardo exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The wellness activities were a wonderful way to relax, the pool is absolutely beautiful, and the warm Mexican hospitality made our stay even more special. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful villas, amazing food, and one of the friendliest hotel teams I’ve ever experienced. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, and every detail makes you feel relaxed from the moment you arrive. They even surprised us with a candlelit room, and we were lucky enough to enjoy live music during dinner. Those little touches made the experience even more memorable.

Me gustó absolutamente todo. Nos recibieron con una bebida refrescante a la llegada. Esperamos un poco por la habitación ya que llegamos temprano pero el concierge se aseguró de instalarnos cómodamente en el bar. Mi habitación fue mi lugar favorito en todo el hotel, te da una sensación de lujo en la jungla. Gracias a todo el staff de Bardo, definitivamente volveremos!!!
Debí reservar mas noches ya que tienen un programa de actividades diarias (yoga, etc) y no pude disfrutarlo por hospedarme una sola noche.
