Came for just a bed, left with a great stay!
Pros:

The room quality exceeded my expectation. I was looking only for a bed overnight but ended up really enjoying my stay. The lobby was also well designed for guest to do bit of work while eating their breakfast from grab. The proximity to the Aeon mall also made it easy to go to and from a mall that has everything.

But most impressive was the staff. I would really applaud Michelle Michael who made our stay so good with her initiative to go beyond and above to ask us and help us on every need we have. I was even impressed by how she took the initiative to return us an item we left behind.

Cons:

Nothing much considering it as a boutique hotel.

Bilik air sebaris dgn katil & bila ada yg buang air besar bau nya keluar. Boleh semak hotel2 lain yg mana pintu bilik air nya slps kita buka pintu utama dan akan jumpa terus pintu bilik air.
