Perfect hotel for a one night layover
Pros:

Centrally located, clean and comfortable. Twin room was designed thoughtfully and used the space wisely. Atmosphere is quite a professional. Breakfast is a set meal (you have options to choose from).

位置很棒的飯店
Pros:

很新的飯店。緊臨高知車站，交通便利。便利商店與餐廳都在附近，生活機能好。飯店旁就是立體停車場，對自駕客很棒。

Excellente étape
Pros:

Excellent hôtel situé à proximité de la gare (important car nous disposions d'un JR PASS Shikoku) et d'un loueur de VL que nous envisagions d'utiliser pour nous rendre au Cap Muroto.

シンプルイズベスト！
Pros:

フロントの対応がテキパキとしていて、やり取りしやすかった。
駐車場は一度ホテルから出ないといけないけど、目印がしっかりとわかりやすく記載されていたのがいい。
部屋は、とてもシンプルでした。ツインで今回は予約しましたが、荷物も整理整頓しやすかったし、動きやすい。

Cons:

風呂の清掃をもう少し綺麗にして欲しい。

Great facilities but disappointing staff
Pros:

Great facilities. Very happy with the rooms.

Cons:

The staff was clearly very lacking. They double charged us and then when we tried to clear it up, they insisted we call our back. In the end, we were able to get our money back in cash but it took a lot of insisting. They didn’t even try to make it up for us. Very disappointing and very unexpected customer service especially coming from japan
