I like only location.
I stayed at Trump International Resort from July 31 to August 7, for a total of 8 nights.
I specifically chose your resort because of its swimming pool. I am not comfortable swimming in the ocean, so having access to the pool was the main reason I booked my stay at your property.
Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed and unavailable for my entire stay. The hot tubs were also out of service throughout my stay. Ironically, the pool reopened only on the day I checked out. This was extremely disappointing, as I was unable to use the facilities that were the primary reason for choosing your resort.
In addition, for two days the water in the hotel was dark due to technical issues. This significantly affected the quality and comfort of my stay and caused considerable inconvenience.

The hotel is in a perfect location close to the beach. The pool was very clean and serves all ages without crowding. The breakfast was very delicious and the staff are the nicest people. The rooms are spotless clean with new and unstained linens.
La habitación es súper amplia y luminosa y el sector de piletas también muy lindo y cómodo! El personal super amable, especialmente Mathias.
Ofrecen servicio de playa a partir de las 8 am, pero permiten que la gente deje la toalla toda la mañana sin hacer uso de las sombrillas y sin permitir que otras personas lo hagan. Además hay muy pocas sombrillas considerando el tamaño del hotel. En la habitación la limpieza era floja. Mi habitación tenía una linda cocina, pero sin vajilla… con lo cual no la pude usar demasiado…
The cleanliness of the property! I loved the infinity pool was off limits for kids and in a totally separate area on the property!!!
No wash clothes in the room. But was a quick fix with a phone call to housekeeping !

Property was a close walk to all the fun. The beach they offer is small. We opted for other options. They were always cleaning and making sure it looked good.
Lots of maintenance and noise through the week we were there. Seemed like something was always going on. It got quite noisy.

Localização em frente a praia não é a melhor parte de Palm beach para quem curte mar paradisíaco (a dica é caminhar até o RIU ou Hilton - melhor parte da praia, poucas opções de cadeiras e guarda-sol do hotel, café pago a parte e com horários restritos é um ponto fraco (sugestão, acaba com aquela sala enorme de ioga e ofereça um bom café da manhã). E um dos funcionários que fica na praia agilizando as cadeiras é péssimo, rude e mal educado, além de xenofóbico com latinos (o baixinho). Por outro lado o cabeludo (mais jovem) atendeu muito bem.

No me gusto la distribucion de las sombrillas en la playa, estan muy pegadas unas con otras, la sombrilla colocada de manera horizontal no protege del sol y me resulto agobiante, y si te toca la segunda fila, lo unico q ves es una pared de sombrillas azules. Alquilamos todos los dias, sombrillas al lado, ubicadas de manera alternada y clavadas de manera vertical donde se podia proteger del sol y ver el paisaje de playa desde donde estuvieras ubicadas. El argumento es q no las ponen verticales por el viento......nos dijeron q se vuelan. Eso fue lo mas negativo
The facilities were great, staff were wonderful, and we liked the location.
The bus to the beach was never available, they said it only ran every 30 minutes.
Deeply disappointed there was no balcony upon arrival. the $1,200 extra to have a balcony with sea view turned out to be a view of the construction site.
