Pros:

The location is great, train station next door. Family mart and 7 eleven super close as well.

Cons:

The beds were very uncomfortable. Myself and my famiy all woke up with back pain. Honestly if it wasnt for the beds i would rate this hotel 5 stars.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in!!!
Pros:

The hotel was amazing, the staff were friendly and very professional, and the room was immaculate.

Cons:

There was always a wait for the laundry services onsite and the washer/dryer machines never dried the clothes fully.

Pros:

Great facilities, kids stuff was so good including the kids zone and luggage deliver service. We also enjoyed the bathhouse.

I think the breakfast could do with abit more variety and it was on the pricier end for what you get.

Pros:

お部屋も清潔で綺麗、スタッフの方々の対応も良くて気持ちよく滞在できました。
大浴場も遅くまで利用できたので助かりました。
アメニティも良くてコスパも良かったです。

Enjoyed it very much!
Pros:

Bathhouse was amazing -- spacious, well-maintained, and clean. Would visit again just for that. Breakfast was very good. Hallways had a cool modern aesthetic.

Cons:

Room layout was not great with the sink & mirror right in the entryway, and beds too close to the side.

One time when we got off the elevator and were trying to figure out which way to go, a lady shooed us away somewhat aggressively. Not sure whether she was staff.

Pros:

The staff, facilities, amenities, and location were excellent. Having a FamilyMart downstairs was a huge bonus, and there was also a medical clinic conveniently located across the road when my partner needed it. What made our stay was the staff. They were attentive, professional, and incredibly helpful. Anything we needed was delivered promptly and with a smile. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

Pros:

Très bel établissement. Chambre spacieuse même s’il manquait un peu de rangements.
La laverie est un grand plus ainsi que le bain public pour lequel on a à disposition des pyjamas et pantoufles. Accès direct au Family Mart 24/24. L’emplacement, qui même s’il est un peu plus à l’écart du centre-ville est très bien desservi par sa station métro / train à moins de 5 minutes à pieds.
