Though it looks kind of far from the city, the hotel connected perfectly by subway. The Keiyo line station is < 5 minutes from the hotel and it takes 9 minutes to Tokyo main station.
Service in the hotel is not great. Guest are not really welcomed. Don‘t expect courtesy - you‘ll hardly find it, even if you at least try to behave like it yourself.

Fantastic service. Great breakfast. The onsen was well maintained and very clean. The room was spacious and well appointed. The whole experience was very pleasant.
Honestly there was not anything that was an issue. I’m sure some people might be put off because it is slightly out of the way from major tourist attractions and areas but I personally think thats a positive thing.
My 3rd stay at this hotel. The onsen is the best- clean, quiet, and spacious with a peaceful mediation room. I don't normally pay for buffet breakfast in Japan, but I like this one because there is a huge selection and they had both Western and Asian options. The room could be slightly bigger with a couch or table, but it is comfortable. It's super safe and close to the train station with a Family Mart below. I will stay here a 4th time if I am back in Tokyo!
I wish it as a little closer to Shibuya. It's very close to Disneyland which we did go to, but otherwise it's a 10 min walk through Tokyo station every time we leave/return to the hotel, but it's not the hotel's fault. Also, a few more restaurant options that were open past 10 would be nice. We wanted to eat after coming back from Disney which closes at 9, but nothing was open.

Spent 5 nights here and had a great experience. As a family of 4, we stayed in a room that accommodated 4 single beds. While it was somewhat tight, it was still spacious enough and we could lay out our luggage. Room is well divided with vanity, toilet, and shower/bath all in different locations. Room was very clean and everything worked well. Roomy shower with good pressure, and the AC was strong and have no complaints there. Amenities were good and front desk was helpful with anything we needed.
Location may not be for everyone. We used this as a base for exploring Tokyo and while it's not in the centre of it all, it's easily accessible by train (station is literally across the street) and while it adds to commuting time it's 3 stops (~6-7 mins) to Tokyo Station or Hathobori, where you can connect to a lot of lines. We found the tradeoff of a slightly longer commute to be worth it for the high quality accommodations that allowed our family to share a single room. We also really liked the property and amenities, and found the location very relaxing as a home base after a full day of exploring. Family Mart adjacent to hotel and a Lawson just down the street.
Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The location is excellent, right next to Shin-Ōmi Station, making it very convenient to reach Tokyo Station and many of Tokyo’s main attractions.
The rooms are spacious, modern, spotless, and very well insulated, ensuring a quiet and comfortable stay. The beds and bedding are outstanding and made for an excellent night’s sleep. The staff were always friendly and welcoming.
We only had breakfast once, but it offered a wide variety of high-quality food. It is a bit expensive if it’s not included in your room rate, but the quality is excellent.
The hotel also has a nice lobby, with convenience stores directly connected and several restaurants nearby, making it very convenient.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would happily choose this hotel again.
