Reasonable price hotel close to shops and waterfront
Pros:

Walking distance to central shopping area, lovely staff, fantastic 50 m pool that’s really clean. Sun umbrellas are easy to put up / down. Concrete steps into pool are good. The beds were comfy and bathroom a good size with walk in shower and shampoo & conditioner. Rooms were nice and quiet despite music and loud talking downstairs one night in lounge area. Open air dining and lounge are very relaxing areas. Plenty of free carparks.

Cons:

Concrete steps are opposite end of pool to sun lounges and paving around pool is hot to walk back to sun lounge. Pool ladder second step had a big bolt sticking out and was somewhat wonky. Plastic Sun lounges are not very strong ( back support collapsed when my husband leaned back) and have no padding tho I appreciate its hard to keep mats hygienic in the tropics

Overall happy with the hotel. The only thing was the gap in the shower left a pool of water outside each time. Had to have a towel there each time to soak up the water. Wish the hotel had a gym, even a mini one.

A decent place to stay in Apia
Pros:

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The parking is free, the beds are comfortable, the wifi works well, and the water is warm. The breakfasts are really good.

Cons:

We often didn’t get fresh towels each day unless we asked, and the cleaning crew would forget to refill the coffee in the room. The TV didn’t work and the elevator was often not working either. The hotel’s airport shuttle costs more than a private taxi.
