Pros:

Lovely hotel, very kind and helpful staff, yummy food and drinks and good location!

Cons:

Unfortunately the pool was not in service for my first 3 days due to maintenance, but no big deal.

Pros:

Close proximity to our favourite places. The staff here are lovely and want to do well for you.

Cons:

Only today they forgot our bathmat, facewashers, milk and coffee sachets.
Also we had a small dripping of the aircon on one spot on the floor. We needed to keep a paper towel on the spot and change up the paper towel when it was saturated. They tried to fix it on Saturday but it kept dripping for the rest of our stay.

Pros:

Overall, we had a great stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable; however, one of the issues we experienced was that the room was never vacuumed during our stay.

Cons:

We had problems with the TV not working. After notifying reception, someone came to inspect it and immediately knew what the issue was, advising that the TV was broken. As he identified the problem so quickly, it gave the impression that it may have already been a known issue. We were told the TV would be replaced the following day, but unfortunately,
nothing was done, and there was no communication or update provided, which was disappointing.

When checking out, we informed reception that the issue had still not been resolved, but it felt like our concerns were brushed aside with only a brief apology. After long days out, we were looking forward to relaxing in the room with a working TV. Aside from these issues, we still had a good experience overall.

Pros:

All the staff was very kind and lovely. I had many changes for my trip and they were very comprehensive and helpful to manage modifications. The pool is massive and some times there is some live music.

I made a room food order and they got it wrong, I couldn’t wait for them to make my original order as it took so long for the first one to arrive and I was getting up at 1 am for a flight also when they arrived with my order it wasn’t covered or on a try it was brought by a waiter by hand, I thought that was a bit unhygienic, he could have coughed all over it, how would I know!
